This is one of the most friendly and helpful banks I've ever been to. No matter if it's a simple transaction or something a little different or complex, they are always very helpful and polite!

Incompetent staff who are only good for depositing checks. Went to get euros. And asked for small bills. They gave me a majority of big bills. What was the point of me even ordering if I could have got that in an atm over there. They could have put a request for smaller bills again for me. But no. They’re idiots.

Had a check from insurance co for a new roof. We bank at another bank here in Lubbock. A Banker named Levi was very helpful and polite and took care of business. Thank you Levi!

I was pleasantly surprised after so many bad reviews, but we had a good experience. Yes, there was a bit of a wait to see a teller, but nothing unreasonable. Monique and her manager (name started with a K) were both very friendly and professional. Great service. Much appreciated!

The hours are way too strict how am I supposed to use a bank when they’re only open while I’m at work I swear they make banking hours strict so that getting to a bank is inaccessible to the working class

Went in and wanted to open up an account. They said I had to go online and set up an appointment to open. A bank account? Never have I had to set an appointment for a bank to take my money. Well they just lost out! I went somewhere else. Probably for the better if this is how they treat customers.

This is by far the worst bank in America. Just to get a withdrawal slip, because their ATM is constantly broken, you need to send in two forms of ID. That's just to get the withdrawal slip WTF kind of service is that?!? Doesn't work well when you're on your lunch and know it takes 15 minutes to get through the bank drive that didn't have any cars. If I ask you to send me a withdrawal slip first to save time knowing I'm going to have to send in two forms of ID anyway is a BIG WASTE OF TIME, just like this bank. I've been with this bank for about 12+ years and only have stayed because of the pain it is to switch banks but after today I'm making the change to literally any other bank or credit union. Hell the Walmart banks are better than this garbage. I'd give negative stars if it were possible.
