“I was at Costco yesterday, 6/25/2024. I cannot lift the water and they so graciously bring it to the front and then I ask for someone to load it in my car. I thanked the employee and he said I love my job and I love helping people! Awesome customer service! Thank you Costco! I'll keep coming back!”
“I've been there about half a dozen times in the last two years. I usually get unloaded in about 45 minutes. This last one was a little longer because I couldn't find anyone to unload me after I got to the dock. After about 25 minutes the guy shows up and unloads me in a workman like fashion. One driver in a review said he got hit up for money. That never happened to me. So I don't know what to say. Other than the short delay, I was unloaded fairly fast”
