Pretty disgusting to be honest. While the variety of animals was impressive, the conditions were abhorrent. The place is seriously dirty. There were plenty of employees just sitting around chatting. Someone should have them clean a cage/shelf/rack/floor.

Store owner was very unprofessional and out of line. Prices were double compared with same item at a different store. Would not recommend this establishment as there are many similar stores who offer superior service.

My granddaughter and I stopped in here to look at the ferrets they have for sale but, stayed to look at all the interesting animals he has. He even has marmosets!! We went in to see his other animals and enjoyed it immensely. I'll definitely go back when I'm able to get a ferret. Or a marmoset!! ? I want to say thank you to the guy that let me hold a ferret.

This store is wonderful. My husband and I were in yesterday (5/29/2024) and were looking for rats. We came home with the cutest set of dumbo sisters. They were already so docile and calm when handling them. Store is well kept and clean. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Cages were clean with plenty of food and clean water. Even saw more than a few with fresh fruit inside. Taco, the store bird even waved at me. ? Will absolutely be returning for all my rat needs.Photo below is Leto, one of the girls. ?

I get my live/frozen feeders for my snakes and my bearded dragon. The feeder worms are fat and well kept. Staff is mostly friendly. Have purchased a snake from them. Beautiful markings and healthy lil guy. The exhibit is fun and has some interesting animals. Some items are marked up compared to competitors.
