Good grief, if Walmart could figure out the checkout line issue, it wouldn't be as bad of a place to shop. However, having exactly three lines open with no CSMs in sight is a recipe for long lines, frustrated customers and people that never want to come back. Waited in a line for 30 minutes today, and was next in line. Lady in front of me had a problem and the cashier told us it was going to be a while, and we might want to find another line. I asked if they were going to open another line for us and she just looked at me like I was crazy. Prices may be some lower, but I'll pay a bit more for better service at H‑E‑B or United any day.

Usually this Walmart is on point. Dec1, 2021 @ 7ish pm Not today! I literally waited 20 plus minutes in the makeup section to get my daughter some nails and lashes. These items were on lock. A red lock that said see sales associate. Well we flagged down a sales associate who was a young male type. He tried to help us, by looking for some who could help us. Poor thing he left 3 time, to go get help. Well, help never came. I wish someone would have been on standby in that area to help or a help button to receive assistance. Pretty disappointed. While I waited, I also called Walmart and I waited again and no one answered. Really sad.

Automotive department closes early while their supervisor is in bathroom. I asked if they were changing oil and employee was not if they could said supervisor is in the bathroom. Weirdest thing... manager finally shows up to say no oil changes well before closing due to business reasons??? Very weird???

This Walmart is horrible! Checkout lines always backed up into the clothing section, slow as frozen molasses too! All management says is I've got everybody on the registers (like all 5of them!) Avoid this miserable, Soviet style poorly ran Walmart at all costs! A horrible mess of negligence and incompetence with management who just doesn't care at all!

showed up 10 minutes before they closed and waited 15 minutes for somebody to tell me all the workers left when i asked an associate to page for someone to help me out... would much rather go to the walmart halfway across town from my house on 4th and frankford. The workers there are much more happier and willing to help no matter what!

Racism is real, this place doesn't even deserve a star, all my items were in a bag, never set off an alarm but because I'm hispanic a white employee, Joey Shelton, felt the need to check my bags. Mind you the other white people in front of me who didn't have items in their bags were not checked. I told him he could not check my bags at which point he proceeded to yank my cart from my hands. I proceeded to ask him...what was he looking for? What was his reason to ask me for a receipt? He had no answer I showed him my receipt to which he then replied, have a good evening! F*** you! Of course this full of crap employee wasn't going to apologize f*** Wal-Mart and it's racist employees.

This is the worst Walmart I've been to in my life. They basically treated me like a criminal when my bank card kept getting rejected. I have plenty of money in my account and even used my card elsewhere before and after the incident and all was well. I was so embarrassed as they said it was somehow my fault, so I had to leave all of my groceries there. Clearly it was something with their system, but after being completely humiliated, I will never go back! I wish there were more Targets and less Walmarts in the area.

The worst online grocery pick-up. Don't do it... especially on Sundays. They are "always behind" and you won't get your groceries until the next day. This has happened several times. Not worth the hassle!

The pickup grocery service is POINTLESS because they say 'Your order is ready for pickup' but make you wait literally 1 HOUR in a car line, then tell you to come back the following day because they are 'running behind.' So unprofessional and what a waste of time. The point was to 'save time' but it took twice as long as it would to just do the shopping yourself, so we won't be using this service again. Walmart - Don't say 'your order is ready for pickup' and make us wait in line an hour then tell us it's still not ready and to come back the following day and wait ANOTHER hour.

I live in another part of Texas and this was my first time in this Lubbock store. I was also sick, and had to find one item and get out quick. Most of the employees I encountered in this store did not display great attitude, nor were they especially helpful or kind. But one, ADRIAN, was really superb, very helpful and went out of his way to make sure I had a good experience, and I want to give him a shoutout. Because of HIM and him alone, this store rates a 5. Thank you Adrian.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF MY LIFE. Came here to get a tire fixed and am going on hour 4 waiting when they said an hour. RUDE RUDE RUDE workers and overall expensive. Do not recommend them to even my worst of enemies. If I could give zero stars I would.

An hour for an oil change with no one in front of me. A car came in after me and left before me. Not the lube techs faults, it was all management. You are pathetic and I will not return. Thanks to the lube guys though for the apologies and good service. The manager b**** just walks right by me and says nothing. Go get a job you can handle woman!

I've got to say that Walmart Pickup is one of the best things Wally World has given me in a very long time. The last thing in the world I want to do after a long day of work is wheel a cart around the store hunting for groceries. I love being able to virtually load my cart schedule my pick up for a time of the day that works for me. Yesterday I scheduled for pickup during my lunch hour and it was super fast getting my groceries picked up and back to my house. There are only two things that stood in the way of this being a five star review. 1. Receipts from Walmart Online do not generate the QR code recognized by coupon apps like iBotta which means I can't extend my saving. No bueno. 2. The mobile app works best if you place your order from the app. When I placed mine from my laptop while signed into my profile and then tried to use the app to signal I was on my way, the app didn't automatically pull up my pending order pickup. I ended up just calling them since I was already in the car. Regardless, I LOVE this service!
