You have an employee that works for your location, name is Margarita Gonzalez.. she follows men around the store to approach and hit on them .. be aware ladies !!! She's a stocker and works for the self check out ... She's a fat light skinned Mexican girl, her teeth are yellow like she has butter caked on her teeth , and long hair .

Prices are way to high for the quality of product and the short expiration dates on foods......Very bad business here.....The worst Walmart in Lubbock. Employees at the checkout after 4 are very rude and unprofessional. It smells very bad at this location and THE AIR Quality Is Very Bad.....!!!!!!!!!!!Stay away.

I bought some tires for my at the 4th and Frankford location. I was dealing with a girl named Audrey or Aubrey to begin with. I had ordered all 4 tires but 1 came in not being one of the 4 I ordered. They reordered the 1 tire and I got them put on and asked Andrew to recalibrate the wheels for me. I'm hoping he did because I asked him to but if he didn't I hope he or someone will be kind enough to let me know and fix it for me. I asked when I called before picking up the car and asked again when I picked it up but the guy waiting on me didn't know. He said if I told them to he would like to think that they did. I hope so because it's hard telling which one is low when they're not calibrated right and they weren't when I first took it in to buy tires. Thank you for everything! Good job guys if you did! ?

I've got to say this store has really gotten a lot better. And no you are not required to have Walmart plus just to check out that is ridiculous.

As I was grabbing a food item from the deli the lady working yelled at me and told me not to grab that because it was for something else and then she completely removed the items from the shelf?

First time in 6 months workers need to act as if we all matter and are treated with respect in self checkout. Stop profiling people of difference. If you check one receit, you need to check them all. You are not Sam's and will never hold the title to act as them. Get out the way and clean the nasty store and learn where items are located.

Trash. The security stopped my wife and kids over one 2 doller bag of chips we for got to scan after spending 210 dollarsand accused her of trying to steel the bag of chips.. The day is 5/8/2024 at 8 45 pm. I guess they have nothing better to do then have the wanna be rent a cop security to harass people and have them watch the cameras all day. He was very rude to my wife and kids. Great way to lose buisness over a careless disrespectful employee who thinks his security badge makes him above people lol all over a honest mistake. Will never shop at that Walmart again
