She's a stocker and works for the self check out ... She's a fat light skinned Mexican girl, her teeth are yellow like she has butter caked on her teeth , and long hair .

My girlfriend and I went to service the cars with oil changes, hers needed some extra tires and we took the opportunity to polish the headlights of the cars that are already dull and see some products inside for our dog, it is one of the Walmart that have more variety of products despite its size, the employees attended us very well, with much kindness and patience in spite of our language, they have people that speak Spanish, they are the cheapest prices around Lubbock for tires and oil changes, they did an excellent job on the cars especially with the headlights, they are practically new.

I avoid Walmart at all costs, but I had to go there Wednesday morning to get something that I couldn't get online. As usual, there's 25 registers but no cashiers working them. Yet they have a customer service representative standing at the self checkout stations, hovering over you like your a convict thief. I hate this corporation and will not be giving them any more of my money.

We travel all over the country and visit Walmarts in many cities. This is hands down the worst Walmart we've EVER been in. From visiting the store, observing employees and talking to them is it obvious that it is a management problem. Used to go in the store frequently but it got to be such a pain so started using the other locations - so much better. Tried the store again today and the same thing; employees are just plain rude. One stepped out in front of me because she was busy talking toa another employee and blamed me - I was just pushing the buggy to exit. 99% of Walmarts don't force you to show a receipt on exit....this Walmart? An illegal that could not speak English, just walked forward to block the buggy while motioning his hand. I stopped and asked what he wanted....motion his hand. I said tell me what you want....he couldn't speak English. I finally asked if he needed "this" and held up the receipt....he nodded. This after I was held up 15 minutes at the tiny self checkout because the employee looked at me and said "I'll be back" then wandered off. It is off the charts a terrible, terrible Walmart. I blame the manager completely.

Horrible costumer service,attende older ladie in charge to help costumer is so grumpy,besides that we are checking out our own we have to deal with workers like her,never again to this horrible Walmart at s.loop!
