Just about everywhere I go, there are sufficient Handicapped parking spaces NEAR THE DOORS! This Walmart seems to think they should have more prescription reserved parking spots than Handicapped. SERIOUSLY? Sure, there are disabled parking spots more than 100 feet from the doors, so they probably meet ADA rules for the quantity of spots. It isn't the point. Handicapped spots are to be near the doors! I am guessing most people picking up prescriptions can walk 100+ feet to the prescription dept. What a slam on disabled people. SHAME SHAME SHAME on whoever set up these parking spots.

Grabbed 3 because my kids love jerky and lets face it great price right??? Yeah charged me full price then the customer service manager wanted to argue about it went to the wrong location to look after I specifically told her where it was. I requested the refund after she was only going to honor 1 bag at the 1.12. I worked customer service for over 20 years I know how it works you have yo honor the price. I then walked her over to the case in front of the price and she still said I can give you 1 bag at the price I declined. Its clearly marked for this product size and all you have to honor them all at that price. Y'all be aware of what they are charging you because they will argue with you about it even after seeing the proof!!!! The only reason I shopped here is because it's conveniently close to my house. I will be driving further from now on.

After being notified my photos were ready, I began my adventure into abominable incompetence. Also wanted to get some tortillas. Could NOT FIND Them, or any associate to help. Gave up. Went to photograph section. No service, but found my incomplete order. Went to electronic dept. next door. No associate to help with pickup. Went to Pick Up desk. You guessed. Nobody there! I saw a sign "Associates Only." Maybe I'd find help here? Sure enough, plenty of associates gossiping in the hall outside the crowded lounge!! On way out I passed at least 20 customers in line at the "fast" checkout line. What. A. Joke.

My father is in hospice and lives in a long-term care facility. I live 1,500 miles away so frequently use WalMart delivery to send him items he needs. I've encountered frequent problems but after my most recent experience, I do not plan to use them again. I ordered five cases of Diet Pepsi for $7.48 to meet their $35 minimum delivery requirement. On top of that, they charge a $7.95 delivery fee plus an additional $10 if you need it delivered same day. I chose next day. The order was delivered with only two of the five cases as they said they were out of stock. They weren't out of stock when I placed the order. I called customer service and asked if they could complete the order once the items were in stock without charging another delivery fee. They would not. I asked if they would refund the delivery fee so I could complete the order when the items were back in stock. They would not. I asked to speak to a supervisor. They would not let me speak to one. So basically, I paid $8 to have $15 of soda delivered and have to pay another $8 to get the remaining 3 cases. I also was frustrated by their customer service. WalMart must outsource their call centers to somewhere overseas, and despite my best efforts I had much difficulty understanding the person who was trying to help me and he had difficulty understanding me. This is not his fault, but it made an already frustrating experience even more so. It seems if WalMart is making so much money on duplicate delivery fees they could at least use some of that money to employ people in the U.S. when so many needs jobs. And out of stock of Diet Pepsi? Really? Is that like toilet paper now or are they just having problems maintaining normal inventory? Will try Market Street next time. Their in-store service is better so hopefully their delivery is as well. Also I should note I have no idea which Lubbock WalMart fulfilled the delivery and could not find a place to leave a review for delivery only so I left it here.

Price swapping is rampant at this store. The price on the shelf is not the price it will ring up at the register. I caught them on several items and when I brought this to the customer rep (yellow vest), he said there was nothing he could do about it. I even showed him the exact location where I picked up an item that was priced at $6 but rang up for $10. When I asked to speak with a general manager he stated they were all in a meeting and could not be disturbed. I guess this is what Walmart calls Customer Service. I would suggest you stay away from this Walmart!

Lost my debit card earlier in the day and I'm in line, I ask the older lady that was working at the tobacco register, she got frustrated when I asked her, if they had used Apple Pay.. she literally shook her head and my cousin offered to pay for it but I said it was okay.. the lady told us the wrong amount at first went from $59-$20 so she told us the wrong amount and then it changed to a smaller amount. I had apologized and she was just rude.

Jest returned from Walmart south 289 had a very bad experience rude people from the clerk to the "manager". My recommendation don't buy electronics from Walmart unless you get better customer service. Don't under any circumstances deal with Randy he should not be representing Walmart. Rude dude

If i could give this Walmart zero stars I would. Absolutely nasty store. Standing in customer service to pick up a ship to store item and not a soul working back here. Have pushed the call button twice and no one has still shown up. Parking lot feels like the most unsafe place in Lubbock. Will never step foot in this Walmart again. By far the worst in Lubbock!

What can I say about Wal-Mart that has not already been said. I had to return 1 item 2 people ahead of me but it still took 20 minutes to complete my return. The lady in front me returned her whole full basket of groceries. I asked if the could get more help and was told that he was it! Customer service and Wal-Mart have never met.

Bathrooms are disgusting! I have traveled a lot and been to numerous nasty truckstop/reststop bathrooms. Never have I come across a bathroom as gross as this walmarts! It makes me think how sanitary everything else is.

I probably like this location of Walmart the least out of the ones in Lubbock. The staff has been problematic at times, they never seen to have enough lines open, and always seems dirty. I'd rather go to Target over Walmart.

As a former business student and now a manager, I can clearly say that this Walmart is generally good. Lubbock is a college city and for me, this branch delivered it. I can understand why people hate this branch. This is the busiest establishment in Lubbock. Yup the shelves are nearly empty, yup the floor is messy, yes service is slow, yes the floor is dirty. As consumers, we also need to understand that as the busiest place in Lubbock, there are always mishaps. To me, the placd still gave an excellent service despite being the craziest place in town. Think about this; there's Market Street and Food King nearby. Why go to this Walmart branch? Its because of the low prices and wide range of products. Im not butt kissing Walmart. Im just saying how I feel about the hate this place gets. Give it another try with an open mind. Im pretty sure you'd love this place.
