The employees are always really helpful.I go into this store often and I've never had a bad experience here with any employee and that's definitely rare these days.They also taught me how to use cash app.?

Please consider using a different Walgreens pharmacy than the one at this location. The past few times I have opted to give this location my business it has been a very disappointing experience. I had the opportunity to witness first hand what I have always felt when filling a prescription at this location... they must not care about your business. While waiting for a prescription I dropped off 3 hours ago I personally saw 5 other customers who left without their medicine. I also heard a tech in a very loud voice tell a customer that had also come back at requested time that since they were getting a "controlled substance" it would be an additional wait. What happened to privacy and HIPPA? I heard excuses from computer issues to insurance issues and finally they were too busy to assist with insurance. I am not sure why because all but 2 customers left without their prescription being filled. I am giving a 1 star because besides the pharmacy I have always had good service in the store. I will opt out of using this pharmacy from now on.

I have issues refilling prescriptions at this location a lot with migraine medication such as Ajovy. The customer service is absolutely atrocious and the new manager Amanda is rude. The regular customer service reps will completely interrupt you and not listen to what you are saying and just assume you do not know what you are talking about. Also, when you place someone on hold, you say, "May I place you on a brief hold", you do not say give me a sec then just place the customer on hold. Just really bad etiquette. About the app; the app does not accurately update with their system and vice versa, or the manager was lying. Oddly enough, before I called and spoke with the manager, my Ajovy was still on the refill list with 12 refills, but after speaking with her and after she updated it, the refills were removed from the app but, according to her, it was a glitch. Also, they cancel your prescriptions without sending notice whether it be through the app, sms (which I am signed up for), phone call, or any other method so, unless you check, you will not know if prescriptions were cancelled. The previous manager there was named Kylyn Givens and she was wonderful. Do yourself a favor, avoid this location at all costs. I am from now on.

The worst service ever. Waited line for 17 minutes without the one car in front of me moving. Both lanes shut down for COVID testing! Then we patiently wait another 5 while we watch her sanitize her work station miserably slow. The worst part is putting up with the one, yes only one staff member that is a worse mood then I was by then.
If your looking for a Pharmacy it’s not this one.

Always professional and helpful. I had a terrible experience with a competing pharmacy chain and Walgreens saved the day. They actually want sick people to get the meds they need to get better. And they treat you like a human being in the process.

2nd time placing an order at this store and just like the first time that I ordered (same store) I received a confirmation that my order had been received. However, after waiting over my stated 30 minute time allotment I had to call the store to inquire (again) about my online order and was told “oh yeah it’s ready”. I drive out there only to find out that they only had one item on the list in stock! I would have appreciated being told when I called that they only had one item rather than have me drive all there to find that out on my own! Poor customer service not once but twice! Side-note: The gentleman that works the front counter during the day is very nice and offers wonderful customer service!

Very rude and unhelpful staff. Only excuse is that they are short staffed....everyone in healthcare knows that is not an excuse for poor service

I should here often. I had great customer service. The cashier was waiting for the manager to come up to help the previous customer. So while waiting a few minutes, the cashier was able to cancel that order and check my item out. Thank you for the quick service.

The employees up front and at the pharmacy are very friendly, normally, but when I picked up a prescription at the drive through window yesterday the guy that was there was rude. He acted like he would rather be somewhere else and with his attitude, he probably should be. When he gave me the prescription he never said a word, just walked away. Has a simple thank you, have a good day just gone by the wayside lately?

The pharmacy is full of extremely rude, uneducated people. They all treat you like an inconvenience and have about 10 of them standing around doing nothing with a line of about 7 people waiting. Every time I call, they transfer me around and no one knows how to help anything. Honestly I think it’s because they won’t stop and actually listen. That would make the call go quicker. Instead they impatiently answer questions that weren’t asked and try and fix problems that don’t exist because they assume instead of hear. When I was in line, an elderly woman leaned on the counter because she was winded and had been waiting forever. An employee told her she’d have to go back in line or sit in a chair. There were no chairs available. I never thought Walmart pharmacy would be superior to Walgreens but they truly are.

I only give this walgreens one star & it's because you have to put a star !!! the pharmacy staff is extremely rude !! they never have my prescriptions ready & when my dr contacts then they claim to have never been contacted
