This pharmacy moves in slow motion. Need to step it up. This entire store is a mess. If you need literally anything from one of the areas that you need an associate to unlock you might as well just forget it. In the off chance you do get someone to help you they will give attitude because they had to quit talking and actually do their jobs. Just save your time and money. This walgreens needs an attitude adjustment for its employees and a little work ethic too.

Used to love this place. Was the only place I’d actually use. Now it’s not so much. Not only the hours going to 8pm, but the service. Every single time I have a prescription I have to call and get it set up regardless of the app doing that. Otherwise they just won’t fill. There’s a serious system disconnect, and while the pharmacy staff are quite kind, the system leaves much to be desired.
I got a call this morning about a prescription I picked up, claiming I left it. In addition whoever called me cut me off while I was explaining I already have it to give me a very snide “are you going to let me finish?” On a 2 minute phone call that’s ridiculous. I’m hard of hearing but better than some, so I can only imagine an older person trying to get help. It’s odd they called me though, as I’ve had to call them every other time and wait on hold upwards of 2 hours.
Skip this one. Go to United.

I thought Market Street on 19th was bad but this place is even worse. There is always a skeleton crew in the pharmacy. Expect to wait for an extremely long time, no matter the time of day. Better yet, get your medication somewhere else.

I love shopping at Walgreens. Stop and shop and go. Plus I can get my water refilled too

Horrible pharmacy. There’s always an issue with a refill or they say there’s an issue with my insurance to delay the process of getting my medication. It’s been 5 days and it’s still not resolved. When I call I get rude service and eventually hung up on. I just moved here from Chicago and this Walgreens is the worst I’ve been to yet. There’s something terribly wrong with this pharmacy. It’s definitely not being ran correctly.

Went to get a bottle of soda and when I got home and started drinking it I noticed a horrible taste to it. I checked the date and come to find out they put expired soda out. Absolutely ridiculous. ??

The rudest employees. I was ignored several times by a guy with a ponytail and glasses and a lady. The guy definitely just didn’t care at all. The girl was reluctant to care but atleast she handed my photo to me after I stood there for almost 10 minutes waiting to be helped. When I told her i was picking up a photo she didn’t even respond. Never using this service again.

I phoned to connect with a pharmacy team member, but I waited on hold for over an hour and forty minutes without anyone picking up. Completely unacceptable!

As if they couldn't make it any worse, they found a way. They switched from 24-hour to closing the pharmacy at 8:00 p.m. - without notifying the hospitals.
So my daughter gets discharged from the hospital at 8:30 and we come over here to pick up the prescriptions, and there is no pharmacist on duty.
I should have taken my advice from years ago and avoided this place at all costs...
Original review:
Pharmacy is horribly run. Twice in a row we've been notified that a prescription was ready only to arrive and be told that it is not ready and their system has a glitch. This time, the day before leaving town for a week. Pharmacist just kept saying sorry - can't help you... Avoid this pharmacy if you can.

They loose prescriptions. They are slow. The Walgreens on 98th is much better

Pharmacy has the worst customer service. Maybe it’s the crew they have now. But in the past this was the place to go. It’s later hour of operation are later so that made it ideal. Sadly you will loose all the benefits by waiting in line. Waited 10 minutes at the window without even a welcome, please hold on, or anything. They acted like no one was in line. There were 3 vehicles behind me and three in outside line. Normally I understood a busy day but this is a normal occurrence now. Plus if they say a prescription is ready at a certain time you best call and check. Mine have not been ready for months on time. The old crew used to be fantastic and the pharmacist was great lately they must have a new crew came from the store that didn’t know customer service. Very sad.

The absolute #1 most despicable liars on planet earth. Wait on hold for 1 1/2 hours, finally get a human, and they lie through their teeth and say your Rx will be ready in 30 min. 6 hours have gone by. My mother can't drive so I'm held hostage waiting and praying that they might, someday fill her script. Choose any other pharmacy!

I purchased 2 COVID tests yesterday. When I got home, my husband noticed that there was a sticker covering the original expiration date, and the sticker extended the date for the out of date test. My receipt printed out that the return value was $23.99 for each box. However, Walgreens wouldn't let me return the COVID tests. No sign was on the display or shelf indicating that COVID tests are a non returnable item. Do not shop at Walgreens!! The quality and even print out from receipts cannot be trusted. For something as valuable as a COVID test, Walgreens should be sure that the customer is confident in it. I feel scammed with my receipt showing that the tests were returnable and the lack of signage indicating this. Renee Reyes Walgreens at 50th and Slide in Lubbock, Texas

More than once waited for 15 minutes or longer and never see a car move in the drive thru.
Even though it's most convenient to the house, it's not if you need to leave before ever getting to the window . 50th & slide yall truly suck at service at the drive thru
