My mother had a prescription written for a mouthwash. Took the prescription to Walgreens because our usual pharmacy would not fill it. When I went to pick it up they told me it was $150, once we said okay they went ahead to fill it, then they came back and said they didn't have one of the ingredients and they had to use a substitute which knocked it up to $200. We found that UMC pharmacy was going to fill it for $15, so we called Walgreens to have them transfer the prescription over to which we were told that the pharmacy would have to call them to switch it over. The pharmacy called us just a few moments ago to tell us that Walgreens told them they wanted me to go pick up the prescription and take it to them. So now we don't get the prescription filled until tomorrow because UMC pharmacy has closed for the day.

Stopped by to pick up a product that was recommended by my doctor. They didn’t have it, but when I asked about it at the pharmacy, Sarah went the extra mile to find a comparable product with the desired ingredient. Great to see such great customer service.

Just went in not to long ago me and my daughter....Had very bad customer experience....There shift leader was apparently rude and very disrespectful ....shift leader is so different from the name manger claiming she was the manager Ms Gabrielle was very disrespectful towards me when I went in to pick up my order I did online for my photos she cut me off thinking or assuming I was done asking questions....very rude and she went on to the next customer.....when I went back to pick up my pictures she was laughing and giggling thinking she was so funny ..laughing towards me ...also I didn't find it professional to talk rude to another associate in front of a customer....store manger needs to fixed this problem before she keeps getting out of hand !Associated name Gabrielle..shift leader.. wish I didn't had to give a star but have to in order to report my problem.

I recently switched insurance and wanted to make sure they had all of my new info on file and the pharmacy tech was extremely condescending and rude when I expressed confusion on how they would already have my info on file. And what do you know, it appears they incorrectly filed it under my old insurance company. I’m sure I will be receiving a bill in the future for these meds because of this. Their complete lack of explanation and rude response makes me want to switch pharmacies after almost 8 years of coming here. Worst experience here ever. If they do not like their job, maybe consider finding another one that doesn’t involve working with people.

I have a family member who recently waited four days for her prescription pain patches to be in stock. She has a condition that's irreversible, is progressive, and causes her excruciating pain. I don't know if there's some judgemental pharmacist in charge who has made it their mission to deprive people of narcotic pain meds because of their personal convinctions or if someone is truly negligent in keeping the patches in stock. Either way, her being without the patch was cruel and unnecessary. If I could give zero stars, I would. Steer your loved ones away from this pharmacy if they are on the pain patch.

Wait time at the pharmacy was over 45 minutes for a prescription that was ready (they sent us the alert for pick-up)…understaffed and undertrained…not appropriate for a required service. Recommend United as they seem more efficient and able to handle staffing, workload and patient needs. A little shocked by the horrible management that must be at play to result in this type of wait and ineptitude at 930 on a Tuesday morning…imagine if you needed something at 500 on a Friday…just give up and die! Or immediately change pharmacies…

0 stars for this crappy place. Had 2 people go in front of me to be checked out. Guess you have to go to the exit of the line to be checked out first here. Why even have a entry for a line to be checked out if no one is gonna follow rules. Terrible employees

This is the worse Walgreens in the city. Always kinda dirty and low on items. When the pandemic started the pharmacy refused to refill a medication that my wife has been using for the past 7 years and refused to tell me if any other locations had the medication available. I had that prescription filled that day at the 98th and slide location and when they didn't have it at later occasions they told me where I could go to get it. Just going that extra mile to do the bare minimum

If you want good customer service do not come to this Walgreens. One of the receptionist, Jennifer, was very condescending and very rude with me considering and inhaler that I was trying to get Fields. My doctor was telling me one thing and they were telling me another and the audacity of Jennifer to talk to me the way she did was completely 100% unacceptable. I own a company and customer service is number one and I’m sorry but that was not it. I would look for employees that would like to work without giving customers rude attitude.
