Terrible customer service at the pharmacy. They’ve consistently messed up my prescriptions the last 5 times I’ve been in. This time, the wrong medication was filled and Alex failed to tell me what I was being given. I came back in to get the correct prescription and asked if they could refund me for the wrong one. I understand policy on not reaccepting medication, but the utter lack of compassion on her end was ridiculous. Because of her mistake, I’m now out money and she continued to give me a snarky smile and wouldn’t apologize for her mess up. It’s not that hard to treat people with kindness…

I had a $20 bill that had been torn into and taped back together and they refused to take it even though I showed the kid behind the register that the serial numbers matched. He said my manager t let us take them. I paid with another bill but I WILL NEVER WALK IN THAT STORE AGAIN FOR NOT UNDERSTANDING FEDERAL LAW.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Absolutely no care for customer. I don’t even know where to begin. I have had bad experiences with Walgreens in the past and regretfully have gone back to them because of the proximity to my house. Won’t make that mistake again. Would give -10 stars if I could
