Pharmacy is shut down on weekends and when you try and get your prescription on Monday morning, I was told it would be an hour to refill a prescription. Then the lady in the drive thru was rude...I've never heard of a Walgreens being closed on the weekends.

This pharmacy is a disgrace! Patients that are suffering and need their medications are not to go to this pharmacy. It’s a shame that this should even be happening. Take your business elsewhere and be done with Walgreens in this location.

They used to be on it. No problems getting refills in a timely manner. Now, no one answer the phone. If they do, they hand up on you. If you don't like the job, find something else. I get it, we all have bad days. But not every day can be bad.

This place is a joke. Just a joke. I was there to pick up a prescription, one wasn't ready. I left called to see if its ready she said yes it will be when i get there. Then i get there and guess what 10 more minutes. I get there early so i wouldnt wait! Guess what waiting! Joke, joke!

Run from this place. They are horrible. My doctor called in my prescription and they sent a text saying I can pick up, but they were closing in 5 minutes OR I could pay online and they could deliver in one business day. So I paid online, the store marked it as picked up on the day it was called in and basically stole my money and I have no medication after two days. They WILL NOT answer their phones, even when their corporate office calls them so good luck calling for clarification or answers. This has to be the worst experience I have ever had with a pharmacy. I’m sick, I have no meds even though I paid for them, and my doctor may not be able to call them in because these people say I picked it up. Also, my Insurance will not cover it a second time even if I can get it called in to a legitimate pharmacy.

I can see why the reviews for this location are so poor. Extremely poor customer service and lack of seemingly any care for patients. It is clear that proper training is not in place and processes are lacking to ensure the text alerts are synced with what’s happening (or not happening) in the store. Management needs to take a look at the performance of this location in terms of customer service or NPS and make much needed changes. Until then I will be taking my business elsewhere. I would avoid this location until the reviews improve, indicating that they have made changes and actually care about their customer/patients.

If I could give 1/2 a star I would. My girlfriend and I went in for her ADHD medication Tuesday at 5 pm and were told to have a seat while they look it up. Weird. 30 minutes pass before I get up and ask for an update, I didn’t want to be rude and upset the other people waiting in line but 30 minutes to ask about a prescription is ridiculous. I didn’t get the clerks name but she gave me a stink eye and acted like she wasn’t the one who previously helped up. So why does it take another tech to give us the answers we need on my gf’s prescription? If you don’t know how to do your job then ask someone who does.

Young lady who rang up my stuff was very helpful. There was a homeless lady outside the door with her pitbull. The dog lunged and barked at me. I couldn't get to my car. The young lady told the woman she would need to leave. Although I appreciate her doing this . The woman did not go far with her vicious dog. Something else should be done to protect your customers as the dog was still on the property with no leash. I was late getting back to work and shook up over it.

Terrible customer service . The young lady working tonight just left me waiting in the drive through over 10 min without telling me what we were waiting on. Had a bad attitude as did the pharmacist. If you don't like your job, I recommend finding something else. This Walgreens customer service is always poor quality.

Of I could put negative stars I would. I've been a customer of Walgreens for many years and have always loved their customer service and my experiences. That changed today!!!! The young woman with glasses working the front cash register was just awful! She was unnecessarily rude and very confrontational. I can not fathom dealing with such unprofessionalism from a drug store.
