Waited in the pharmacy line for 30 minutes only for one person to move. There’s still 3 other people in line ahead of me and it’s like this every time I need my medicine. Now I have to make my quick errand of getting medicine a planned entire day trip.

I almost gave it two stars because the guy who looked like the manager and checked us out was super nice and friendly. However we went to get passport photos, and I saw the woman approach who was going to take our picture and watched her look us up and down; the expression on her face hardened immediately. From that point on she did not smile a single time at us despite our outgoing kindness and was very brusque. However, a hispanic woman who came in after us was treated by her with smiles and kindness. I don't know what to think of that. Or rather, I do but don't even want to say it. Is racism never going to end?

I've used this Walgreens for 11years now but I'm moving to a different pharmacy because of the last years experiences. Now not only are they closed for lunch every day but they're closed at 6 pm. That on top of the recent string of being closed out of the blue a few times due to not having a pharmacist on duty to give out prescriptions. This pharmacy has completely gone down and unprofessional as well as closing sporadically without notice. Good luck staying in business with your new schedule.

I just found out Walgreens will not refund or exchange an item if you didn't use a rewards account. Pretty sneaky way to get people to sign up!!

Normally I’d recommend Walgreens any day but NOT TODAY!!! I pulled up to pick up express pay meds at 4:15PM…..I was blocked in shortly thereafter but figured it wouldn’t take long. Little did I know that they were giving COVID tests and allowing the people to SIT in the drive thru to wait on results! I just left at 6:00PM! Almost 2 hours later AND I had to pay for my meds twice because my express pay “didn’t work” even though I showed them my credit card receipt in my app that it did go through. Now I’ll likely have to go back for a refund. Maybe a better idea would be to have one lane for COVID tests and the other for meds pick up? I wasn’t the only one who had to wait that long…….

If I could I would give this place 0 STARS. I was waiting in line from 4:00 to 4:50pm! 50 MINUTES. Someone in my family had COVID and they say that they would have the medication TODAY yesterday and they don't have it! LIKE WHAT! A lifesaving medication, SAYING it would be on stock today, NOT EVEN HERE. Having to call every Walgreens in town now. I don't understand. I wait in line 50 minutes not even to get the item! If you or your family member ends up in the hospital, BLAME THEM AND SUE THEM. This place is a worst experienced pharmacy. We usually go here all the time, for kinda less important medications but this one is important they mess it up. Go to other Walgreens. From, Vance W.

Great store, very friendly. Except Michael. I don't know if he is mad, sad, angry, upset..... or just lacks social skills. With every customer he is the same way. Very impersonal. Poor guy. Other than him, everyone is awesome!

I was treated so badly by the pharmacy today. I am 9 months pregnant and have had contractions and leaking possible amniotic fluid all day. My doula told me to go to Walgreens and get some PH strips because it will tell me if my water broke for or not. I can’t find them so i go to the pharmacy checker and ask where the ph strips are. He asked me why i need them, so i told him and he acted like it was never anything he has heard of. Which is fine, I told him my doula said they
