Trashiest, most disgusting hair/nail academies I have EVER stepped foot into. Rudest, most ego driven teachers of all time with students that pay no attention to them, smoking outside the back of the building all day. Absolutely horrific. Do not get your hair or nails done here and definitely don’t go here or send your kids to this academy. DISGUSTING

Great place to get your hair maintained or fixed (in my case) speak w your student stylist to ensure services and prices being done beforehand to avoid $urpri$e$. They even have manicurist! Got my hair cut my one student which came out perfect the coloring was also done by another and came out beautiful!

It took 4 hours to get my short hair highlighted and trimmed! The student was so unorganized and evidently after 7 months has not learned anything!

Wade Gordon is the best school for cosmetology! The curriculum is very thorough in the classroom and we are always working hard on the floor to ensure we can make our clients happy with their new look. The instructors are very attentive and offer expertise for every new technique we are learning. Getting excepted into the school was a breeze, and working with scheduling on the front end is top notch! I recommend this school for anyone who is looking to attend a great cosmo or barber program. Also, i recommend this salon to my family and friends for all their spa needs!

If you see anyone posting good about Wade Gordon, it’s a lie. I was there for my whole duration and the instructors (except kasey) do not care about you, the client, or TEACHING. They don’t check on you or the client, and then laugh in your face saying we should’ve known better if we mess up.. They favor students and their rules are invalid and controlling. If you’re looking for quick, & easy way to get your hours for your license while they sit around talking about the students, then WGH is the way to go.

I am glad to be part of this amazing school !! I was so ready to finish my barber school and now that I'm apart of this program I'm excited to finish. Definitely the best school in Lubbock for financial aid and barber program !!

Compared to other barber courses I’ve taken this one is top notch!!! Teachers and students get along great, they are truly invested in our futures and making sure we are ready for practical test and to make it in the barber world!!! Also only school I’ve come across here in Lubbock that offers FINANCIAL AID for the barber program
