Valerie was an amazing associate! I found my pair of glasses super quickly and she made my process extremely smooth and easy. She even double checked my insurance for a possible higher allowance! Highly recommend requesting her assistance when you go!

Each year I would go for an annual eye exam, they would not get my profile correct. The name was always the issue and they would mix up my account and date’s because of it. It was a pain they couldn’t get that situated for me.

The Manager is absolutely horrible and discriminatory when it comes to people who just want to browse. My husband and I came in this past week and were being helped by 2 wonderful young ladies. We explained we were waiting till after we do some things to buy glasses. We explained the budget we wanted to stick to and what we were looking for for the future. The manger appears from the back and then starts to ask us all the same questions and try to take over. She starts pulling stuff off the walls that want even in our budget or anything close to what we said we liked. Pushing us into multiple pairs when we said we only wanted one set. Once me and my husband made it clear we were not buying today she just starts to ignore us then disappears back in the back of the store. We will only be returning to buy on a day that she is not there. We absolutely refuse to deal with someone who is running an office like that. You can tell she does this often by the uncomfortable and apologetic reactions and looks of the staff that is there.

Office manager is very unprofessional. Long story short learn from my mistake and Just go to Costco (if you're in network). My husband paid $45 at Costso and I paid $202.95 at visionworks. He was able to get the same type of lenses (smart screen, scratch resistant, ect) for waaaay cheaper.
