Whether getting kitties spayed/neutered, seeing them through illness/sickness, even a couple of end of life situations - they do the job. Dr. Broadway and her crew of techs are a great bunch, and help me as much as possible with my special need cat - Vick, who has the hellish uncureable Stomatitis. Nick and Emily and the rest of the front area people show much grace, even when overwhelmed with customers - that happens often. High recommendations to the professional employees at 82nd St. Vet.”

I really love the vet takes into account the age of my animal before prescribing meds. Some vets want you in and out but not this vet. I plan to transfer all my animals over to Kingsgate.”

“We have used Key Animal Clinic for years with many of our pets and love them. I highly recommend them, especially for large-breed or bigger dogs and chronic condition management.”

10717 Milwaukee Ave, Lubbock“Best vet I've been to (and I worked at a few of them as well). The Dr.s are fantastic and the vet techs are so nice and on the ball. They have taken care of many of my animals for their entire cycle of life, the good the bad and the ugly. I've always trusted their recommendations and can't recommend them highly enough.”

“The nicest and most efficient staff I've had the pleasure of taking my animals to. My dogs felt safe , secured by the vet when given shots they didn't even budge during. Left extremely satisfied and quickly became our family's personal vetinary location.”
“I have nothing but raves about this center. I accidentally took my baby in a day early and they took him in anyways and took the best care of him. Although they are extremely busy with all the animals they take care of there. They even let me know if I have anything else I need with other strays I have around house they would take care with them as well. All staff was the greatest and very sweet and caring. I would always take my babies their now matter they are strays or your own. I wouldn’t take my babies anywhere else now. I have never received such caring and compassion from a regular vet office here in town!!! Thank you to all the staff”
“Staff were inviting and friendly. VT and Doctor were very knowledgeable and professional. Plus, I received a veterans discount and first timers discount. Score! My boy is healthy and see y’all next year. Thank you, Manny…”

9006 Avenue P, Lubbock“My parents used Dr.Lee for their poodles, and bird dog. I started bringing my dachshund in 1993! I’ve used Ark Hospital for Pets for years. Their office manager is very kind and caring as well as Shay, Josh and other staff members. They are reasonable on prices and really care about your Pets. I’ve also had kittens that I adopted & they were well cared for. I lost Louie, one of my Dachshunds & they were very kind and let me take my time saying bye. When Roxy and Ariel passed (Louie’s sister) I was devastated and the staff was very kind and helped get their cremation finalized. They comforted me. Highly recommend!

“Sara was amazing ,think she was holding down the whole place but didn't miss a beat.Took care of getting us checked in ,answered the phone and did my dog's nails them came back to the front and got us out so quickly.”

9202 Avenue P, Lubbock“5 stars! If I could give it 10 stars I would. My special needs dog ended up getting a bone stuck and we could not get it out. They were able to remove the bone last min for us while he was still in the vehicle and didn’t charge a thing. Thank you so much for being awesome today!”
“Let me preface this review by stating that my senior dog, Sugar, hurt her hind leg playing with my Sister's rambunctious puppy, while I was travelling. Sis, did not have a car to get Sugar to a vet right away, so I took to yelp to find a reputable place to take her as soon I got back in town 2 days later. In the meantime, my Sister did her best to brace the leg, in case it was broken and made Sugar a comfortable as possible. I get home and take Sugar to her appointment with Dr. Linn. She takes one look at the leg, which his a little swollen, and states that she has no problem taking an X-ray of the leg, but to save me some money, she refers me to the Live Oak Animal Hospital down the road, since her in house orthopedic vet is actually on vacation. She basically did not want to charge me for an X-ray if it was possibly broken and there was no one that specialized in broken bones there to really help. She gave me the number to Live Oaks and explained that they were usually pretty busy but because they were a larger capacity animal hospital, with more orthopedic specialists on hand, they would be better equipped to help. Dr. Linn and her staff did not even charge me for the consult so that impressed me that they were not out to do a quick cash grab. I would certainly go back to this office again for regular vet needs for Sugar since they were so kind and empathetic.”

6305 66th St #300, Lubbock“I can’t say enough good things about the Lubbock Small Animal Emergency Clinic! Dr. Drew and the entire staff were absolutely amazing from the moment we walked through the door. Our dog had a sudden emergency, and their team jumped into action with such care and expertise. Dr. Drew is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly went above and beyond to make sure our pup was comfortable and receiving the best care possible.
The whole team there is phenomenal—they were so attentive and genuinely caring, treating our dog as if he was their own. You can tell they all have a true love for animals and a dedication to their work. The clinic itself was spotless; it’s obvious they prioritize cleanliness, which gave us even more confidence in their care. The waiting area, exam rooms, and even the restroom were exceptionally clean, making the whole experience less stressful. I highly recommend Dr. Drew and her team—they’re lifesavers, and we’re so grateful for everything they did for our furry family member!”

7412 82nd St, Lubbock“I will never stop recommending this vet. They absolutely care so much for animals and it really shows. Dr. Taylor and all of his staff show compassion for you and your pet and I can't imagine trusting anyone else with my pets. People who know me, know my pets are my family. They go everywhere with me and when one of them is sick it's extremely upsetting. My little Mischief had what was either a ruptured abscess or a puncture wound from our fence and I was luckily able to get a same day appointment and they treated him so well. Not only did Dr. Taylor take great care of my boy but his prices are so affordable. I was really nervous of having to dig into my savings to pay for Mischief's treatment but it was a lot cheaper than I was expecting. If you're looking for someone who will treat your pet with professionalism and compassion definitely go here. Can't wait till mischiefs cut is all healed up for our next family road trip.”

“They are phenomenal. They truly care. I've never had a vet call me late at night just to let me know my furbaby was doing ok. She's had multiple surgeries due to a horrendous injury and they have been a blessing to us both!”
“I had an emergency with my dog and wandered into this clinic right at closing time in a panic. The kind folks there recognized my concern and possibly saved my dogs life! We’d never visited or heard of this clinic before…but we certainly have a new vet clinic. My dog and I were so blessed today! Much gratitude to Dr Oden and his team. See you soon!”
