I had an excellent conversation with Deion (Not sure of the spelling) while I upgraded my phone. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and even though they were busy they got me taken care of quickly. I highly recommend this place.

Got here 230 told 30 to 45 and not even talked to for hour and 15 min. It's now over 2 hours and having to have my whole family in to prove its my phone not the other 3 phones. All the workers going home.

10:06, and the door was locked. He came to the door and said to give him 10-15 minutes I can keep standing there outside or wait in my car. Very disappointing.
