Update: Went to the physical store the employees were very helpful and able to get me my phone. I was in and out in a couple minutes. Next time I’ll just go in store to buy my products instead of purchasing online and waiting for Verizon to send and email.Original post: Been waiting to get a confirmation to pick up my new phone for over a day. The store doesn’t pick up the phone to answer questions. The call centers keep saying I have to wait. I chose the pick up in store option as it was supposed to be ready after a couple of hours. If it was going to take days I would have just had it shipped.

They leased an apartment to a kid without doing any financials or even a credit check on him; then, they wanted to give us grief and overcharged him for breaking the lease. They continue to lease apartments on a property that has been sold and will be utilized for hospital space.

Juan could not have been a better representative of Verizon. He was very professional, answered all our questions, transferred all of our data to our new I-phones, and we we able to leave the store with new phones, fully operable, within 45.minutes. We had a great experience and could not be more pleased!
