I went in to mail a letter to the IRS!!!! And whoever the man is that works there is completely unprofessional and clearly only wants to do the bare minimum of his job. I don’t usually leave reviews because I try to be understanding that things happen. But the first time I went in I mailed two letters. I told him I needed a stamp and an envelope. He throws it on the counter and tells me the price. I paid and continued filling out the addresses. Then once I tried to hand them to him he pointed and said “ over there “ I had the letter to the IRS returned for not enough postage. Isn’t that his job?!? To check?! And when I went back I showed him the stamp on the envelope and his response was “ ok? “ I said ok so what do I do?! Shouldn’t this have been checked the first time? He replied that he didn’t remember what he did the first time. I paid once again, for extra postage. He took my letter threw it and walked back behind his little wall he has. Any other letter I wouldn’t have been this upset. But this was a timed letter with the IRS!!!! Please let him know he should be more aware of the customers needs and make sure his job is done right the first time. Just pathetic, in my opinion.

I dropped off my packages on 06/18/24 thinking they would go out that day but it seems packages go out by 3 for the day ok no problem. My problem is while he sat in from of his compute he did not bother to scan my packages in at all and they sat there till today 06/20/24. I called in at 10.28am tell me why he can now scan them in and they are uploaded by 10:31 but he could not do this on Friday????????????? Now All packages look like I took them in today and now my shipping is penalized and I have bad marks for shipping late and it looks like I shipped two days late. Sir we are just not nobody we are a business and we can only be as professional as those we use in our service I think from here on out will be shipping with UPS or Fedex !!!! Ok my uderstandig is this a contracted office so this is not the same as the regular post office good to know will stick to the main post office.

Greatly appreciate the courteous nature of this post office. Left behind documents after mailing and when I returned they were safe with the postmaster. It's a clean and efficient location.

I hardly ever leave reviews so this says alot!! The guy in working was SO RUDE!!! They also only take cash or checks which is very inconvenient, please do better with customer service!!!!!!

The guy there is Extremely rude. Went in to get new keys for our mailbox, the guy was rude as hell and cut me off. I was at the wrong office, no biggie. No need to be a complete jerk about though. A simple "oh you'll need to go to a different office" would have been sufficient.

Josie is the best. I was sending a package out to New York that someone was going to by. Josie figured it might be a scam so she hold it up front for me. I left then got a call from cash app that it was a scam. I rushed back to the post office and it was still in the front waiting for me just in case it was a scam. Thank you josie.

We submitted a mail forwarding request that was approved. However, we have not received any mail to our new address in over 3wks. We have spoken to the post office near our new location & they haven't received anything. The office that serviced our area in Lubbock never answers the phone it just rings no matter what time or day you call.

I only come to this post office. You never have to wait, and the lady is very kind. It's true that they only offer the basic services and take cash or check only, but that doesn't bother me!

They were supposed to deliver a package to my apartment, they never knocked on my door or put it in my mailbox, lied on my tracking number saying nobody was home at time of delivery despite both myself and my roommate being at home, and returned package to sender in California. When I tried to call their offices to ask for some more information, my calls were repeatedly declined and I never received an answer
