This post is only for Brandon with usps.Brandon delivered a card to me while covering a route today. I had lots of difficulty locating this card and to claim it I had to pay a couple of bucks. Brandon was very helpful and understanding and made a phone call to get a few things explained while standing out on the street with me, very great guy very awesome attitude, definitely made of the qualities any employer would desire!

I put mail on hold, and they didn't hold it! Now, I am trying to figure out where important documents have gone. Of course, there is no help from them. They just stand there looking at you. Oh, and only open from 9am-1pm Mon-Fri. How is this convenience? I wish there was an option to pick how your mail comes. I would choose UPS or FedEx every time.

Instantly returned my item rather than trying to deliver it, don't have a job in delivery if you don't want to do it and deliver packages

I just moved into this house in October and dealing with this post office has been a nightmare. No one gives you a straightforward answer, or even the same answer. When I first went to get my mailbox key, They told me that I would have to pay to replace it because they did not have the key. Nobody had a key. So I would have to pay $75 to get it replaced. I told him no because I was going to talk to the leasing agency to see if they ended up having the key, Or if they could cover the 75. I end up having to go back, because Did not have the key and we’re not able to cover the 75 to have the lock on the mailbox replaced. So I went back Monday. Come to find out it was actually only $35 to have it replaced so somebody tried to pocket $40. I paid the 35. They told me it would be ready on Tuesday, the next day. Today is Wednesday I called. They told me that they never do them that And that it would be ready either Friday or maybe next week. I told him that I needed an actual Date because I have things that are sitting in my mailbox that I need like my new ID, Christmas items, etc. And then asked when the carrier would be at the mailbox so I can try to get my things. My answer, may be around 1:30 but you can just wait there and see. Everyone that works there is always so rude and act like they have better things to do than their actual job

Terrible customer service and timeliness. Package was multiple days late then “couldn’t deliver due to nobody present” while I was waiting on a package all day. Nobody came and they claimed I wasn’t home. Can’t pickup until next week.

Horrible I have been struggling with this office for over 5 years. John was great but I guess he is no longer there. Mail person is to lazy to bring delivery out so they return it saying address not complete. My packages that so make it they hang it from the flag of my mailbox. I call to complain the lady struggles me off and say I will take care of it. But 1 week later it happened again. Poor service.

They never answer phone. I’m trying to get my debit card and they let the phone ring for 10 minutes. Hope this pace gets shut down and everyone loses their job because apparently they can’t do it

The delivery on this route is ridiculous. There is constant inconsistency with delivery of my mail. Either it is very early, very late or not at all. Yesterday I waited on my package and finally checked to see that the mailman claimed an attempted delivery at 1144am. Stating he didn't have access to my front door or mailbox. I had been out side sitting on my walker waiting for him since 1030am and didn't leave until noon. There was NEVER a postman that showed up. I am so tired of this!!!!

Most of my mail that shows on Informed Delivery never makes it to the mail box. Today I show a package as being delivered, but it was not. Do these people have any accountability at all? Because all I can get out of them is that they will look in to it, but I never hear back from them.

Never seem to be able to get mail delivered to the right apartment box, and I've never heard of a post office that closes at 1pm. Also can't seem to deliver packages without being over a week late.

People need to grow up and stop whining about this facility. It doesn't have to look like the lobby of a dentist's office to get the job done. It's a USPS station where you pick up your held mail. That's it, no frills, exactly what it should be. For 20+ years we've had our mail held whenever we've gone on vacation for more than a few days. This place has come through every time. Sometimes we've requested that the carrier deliver on our return and sometimes we've requested they hold for pickup, the latter when we've been gone long enough to expect a huge amount of mail that we don't want the carrier to have to deliver. Letters, packages, even the junk mail all there. And super easy to request the hold on USPS,com. A+ in my book.

Wish I could give 0 stars. My wife and I had our mail on hold while out of town. When we went to get it we only received that one days mail from the day we returned. We have informed delivery, that is 1 insurance claim check, 1 stimulus check, 4 packages, my newborn daughter's social security card, 1 credit card and 1 debit card just to name some important stuff they seem to have lost. Noone answers the phone EVER. NOT ONCE IN OVER 100 CALLS. If you visit within the terribly inconvenient hours, chances are the doors are locked anyways so you have to go around back to the double doors and ring the bell (white button) by the doors to get an attitude, terrible service, and an incompetent employee with one hand on the phone and the other up their a$$ to glance behind them, say there's nothing there for you, spell your name wrong, and tell you to call at 8am. Someone has to do something about these guys, it is absolute insanity.

I am currently trying to retrieve mail that had been on a hold. The hold time has passed but my mail has not been received. When I called this post office they could not find my mail and told me to call on a Saturday morning at 8 o’clock while the carriers were still there and they could check. Yet I called from 7:55 until 8:05 and no one ever picked up. This is the third time I have stopped mail and had difficulty retrieving my mail. This is a small and dumpy looking post Office not even close to where we live yet this is where our mail comes from. When I go to retrieve my mail, the postal agents always seem very confused about where it is. One time I called and was told my mail was there and yet when I went to pick it up no one could find it. I’m not Sure why this seems to be such a difficult procedure.
