I have used this UPS STORE location #1207, at 82nd Street in Lubbock, several times. They are ALWAYS helpful, friendly, willing to answer all your questions, and take all the time necessarily to make sure you have everything needed to ship or return your packages or products.I have used OTHER locations, but they are not as helpful and courteous as the Slide and 82nd street #1207 store.Thank you to all the wonderful staff at this UPS store for going ABOVE AND BEYOND for me anytime I go in there.I appreciate you all, and thanks for making ME feel appreciated when I come in.

I came to this store to get my resume printed for the job fair at school. The staff were so nice and helpful! They even helped me pick out some nice paper to print it on. If you're a college student in the Lubbock area I would 100% recommend this store for your all your printing needs. The quality is stellar and you can't beat the price !

The service woman's name was written by her badge might be Chudashima, she made me so upset, she pretended to be soft caring but she acted very critically, I ordered an online paid label with Express Box, but after she scanned my ordered bar code ahe told me there will be no packaging with this order, I said this label purchase with Express Box, she said only polybag wrap Express PAC is only possible. I said it will be Express BOX my order, after I showed her the original email instruction in email by UPS. Then she agreed to pack it with Express BOX. If I am not concerned about the full order she obviously gave me only poly Pac where sending expensive items. It makes me feel so bad why she acted like that to be misguided me.

I came here to get some photocopies of a document uploaded to a flash drive and the experience was superb. I was greeted when I walked in and the guy who helped me was so kind - Nil. We had some issues with the printer that took sometime to get straightened out, but Nil was so professional while resolving the issue. He even gave me a 10% discount! It only saved me about $5, but genuinely it was the thought that counted because he didn’t have to do it. This is definitely my preferred store for stationary needs after this experience! Thank you for creating a lifelong customer!!

My company has to send a lot of packages via UPS so we go to different stores depending on where we are working. This store is our favorite. They are always super friendly and helpful. There is rarely a line, and if there is a line, the employees are quick to keep the line moving.

This store is absolutely awesome! The entire team here are so friendly, kind and super helpful! They always help me so much and with my bigger boxes as well, they have even gone out to my car and carried the heavy boxes for me! LOVE LOVE this place!!
