They charged $8 for a 10inx10in box (already outrageous) but then they charged $7 more dollars to put tape on the box . I felt like the staff was dishonest about this process, and didn’t inform me of the additional charges before they had already packed it. I could’ve packaged this myself if I had been made aware. This was my first and last time shipping here.

I recently needed to mail a box to Wisconsin and ask to send usps and insure. I was told usps would not insure ( untrue) and redirected to ups with an exhorbant fee.Not an honest shop

Most incompetent shipping experience of my life. Force to me to take a day off for a package and driver drives by while parking and doesn’t stop. Customer service tells me it is at a pick up point across town. Go there and say it’s back on the other side of town. Still not there. Simply the worst customer service and delivery drivers out there. ETA of delivery was completely wrong and they made no attempts to update me on anything. Do not use this company

I was at the store on 98 th st , I was trying to mail my sister a birthday present. I had a box that was not made up, and a card that was not signed the girl behind the counter Desiree was so helpful, she made up my box for me , she packed my sisters presents in it and waited for me to sign the card .She put the card in the box and taped it up for me . I go to different UPS stores , but that’s my store from now on . Thank you Desiree I really appreciate plp like you who go above and beyond. This girl is awesome.

I took a very expensive package to mail. I paid for 2nd day air. The girl messed up everything after I'd already confirmed the address. My package was shipped to the wrong location and no one at the store could give me any information. I called very upset and the lady said they'd "look into it and call back." No one has ever called me back. I had to call UPS corporate and they found my package and figured out what the problem was. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANT YOUR PACKAGE TO ACTUALLY MAKE IT TO WHERE IT IS SUPPOSED TO GO!!!!!!

Sold breakable items on eBay. Had no idea what I was doing. The staff went above and beyond to help me figure it all out. From the manager to the staff they helped me on multiple visits. Very thankful and will make this my go to ups store location from here on out! Thanks!

I attempted to return a gun "magazine" that would not fit. This store refused to mail it for me, saying they are not able to send anything firearm related. Ridiculous. It is an empty tin box! I took it to the Mail Center and it was sent, no problem. I called the UPS manager for an explanation and was told this is a franchise rule. They cannot even send perfume, as it is considered a hazardous chemical. Too many rules. Will not be my first choice in the future.

On a Monday, I mailed a package from this store to my home town only 400 miles away. I was given an expected delivery date of two days later. I needed this package to get there within 72 hours. The date of expected delivery arrived and no package. I attempted to track the package on ups tracking and it would not bring up anything. Later in the third day, I had my receipt and called the store. I was told the package was transferred to USPS and to go to their website to track the package. It showed to be in Dallas with expected arrival 48 hours after I needed it to be there. If I had wanted to ship it USPS, I would have gone to the post office. I will not use UPS again.

I hate the way UPS throws things on the porch. The boxes are always destroyed, things broken. Then when you try to return via the UPS store, they want you to Buy a new box to return it in and pay $3 to print a return shipping label.
