DO NOT BUY SEAFOOD FROM HERE!! Wanted my grandmother to try lobster tail and WOW, the smell and taste would be the same as what you would get from licking and smelling (bc the smell sticks to your throat) dog urine with a UTI. Your catfish is also very algae ridden tasting from the crap supplier.

Wish I could rate you better.... Train your staff better for your curbside option or don't offer it. I'll be using Instacart from now on and shop at HEB instead. What a waste of time and gas just to get this corrected myself.

Tristan went above and beyond to help my wife and I. We visited this location at a busy time and needed balloons filled for our son's birthday and he took his time to fill our balloons while juggling other duties. He was kind, patient, professional, and had appropriate humor about our situation. We appreciated his help and our son's birthday went on without a hitch!

We ordered a picture cake and I had to scan it in it was not a good picture after being scanned again BUT they made it look amazing better than the picture I sent in!!!!! Super amazing it was fast and efficient

Really disappointed to write this review because I love United. We ordered a simple cake out of the book at the bakery. It was for my 2 year old daughter. We decided to stop and look at the book and got absolutely no info or greeting from employee. I finally waited until she decided to look at us to see if we could get some help. The entire interaction from the bakery employee was awful start to finish. We were nothing but an annoying burden to her. You have a small child wanting to help make decisions on their cake. Be patient & kind. We weren’t sure what choices we had so we’re just trying to get some help & order. Cake was fine but not what we wanted. We hardly ever have a bad customer service experience at United but this will make me not come back. I will never buy another cake from this location.

Manager was nice to talk to the hot bar lady last night who told me she was not allowed to give me more gravy. She was only filling my container barely half full and I insisted for more. Once again , she states she is not allowed even after I stated I would pay for extra . She finally filled up the container. I told the manager and proceeded to order all the gravy I needed and I paid for it. The truth is one gravy should have been free but I let those hot bar staff people rip me off. When I go back for food again, I better get a full container of gravy because I don't want to deal with this situation again. To the lady, I hope you are not there when. I need food and gravy. You tried to get away with doing me wrong.

Always the best super friendly. They always bring your groceries to your car for you. The helpers are amazing and always smiling. They have got fresh food for breakfast, lunch and dinner - I have to say it's pretty delicious. Something different every day. Monday's our favorite with the crispy chicken. So good and they give you enough. You have leftovers for tomorrow. The stores are always clean fresh fruit to meat and they have wine and beer here as well. They have a pharmacy in store. They have a Wells Fargo Bank in the store. We could not be happier with this location of United supermarket. They have dog food here and fresh pet food which is cute. They have a little refrigerator to keep in it fresh.I have a baby aisle. I have hair product aisle even have a health aisle and of course they have a candy aisle who could miss that. They make fresh bread here everyday. Desserts fresh desserts. Anytime you need something for a party I would recommend coming here. Delicious and at a great price. The workers are super helpful and if you can't find something they know exactly where it is. Almost never have to wait in line for more than 5 minutes. Parking lots always clean. I can't say enough good things about this United.

We were hit and run in the parking lot. They will not allow us to review footage, will not allow us to see the vehicle that hit us. It is protocol from corporate. We are stuck with damage for an un determined amount of time. Until the police get a hold of them. How long is that going to take? I’m sure a hit and run in a parking lot is of low importance to them.The store and employees are great, but this rating is 100% due to their policy which does nothing to protect its loyal customers during these situation. :/
