Why is everything in flyer always sold out? Why does the store open at 6am but the meat department opens whenever someone shows up? Why do you close at 11pm but seems all employees stop working after 9pm? It is a nice store just don't go there planning to buy something specific because most likely it is sold out.

Clean. Wide aisles. Products easy to find. No rickety carts. Not enough stock on ad items. Employees efficient & helpful. My online curbside orders at this location are literally never accurate.

I went grocery shopping early to beat the crowds.
So I was checking out and the young lady was checking & bagging my groceries.
Then this man (his name was Gabriel) stepped in and he started bagging. So, I asked him if I could have paper bags. He acknowledged my request by a dead stop, a glare and an eye roll.
Not a “Yes Sir” or “Not a problem.”
I just hate when other people look down on you for a simple request.
Hey Gabriel it’s called “Work” and you’re bad at it!!!
I respect everyone and especially my elders (for I was his.) Apparently he never was taught that lesson at home or at work.
Why is a person like Gabriel “Mr. Attitude” even allowed to work around people…..he obviously doesn’t care.
I just bit my tongue and went to my “Happy Place.”

Prior to last week, I did my shopping, bill paying, etc. at this United Supermarket location. I went into this store last week, to have some copies made of documents I needed. All the United Supermarkets in Lubbock, Texas make copies for 10 cents a copy, so that is what I expected to pay, at this location. I had 11 pages that I needed to make copies of, which should have cost me $1.10 . When the young man at the service desk had finished making my copies , he rang up my purchase, and turned to me, and said that I owed him $12.00, for the copies. I immediately questioned the figure he quoted me, and he turned to a young lady standing there beside him, to verify the cost he quoted me; I spoke up and told them both that all of the other United Supermarkets in Lubbock, charge 10 cents per copy . The young lady looked at him, and was shaking her head no, so I told her that I have had copies made at other United Supermarkets , all over Lubbock, and never pay more than 10cents per copy. The young man said is that he would take some off of the $12.00 price he had quoted me, so I honestly thought that he was going to charge me the 10 cents per copy that the other United Supermarket locations charge. Well, that didn’t happen, he still charged me $4.00 , for those 11 copies. I was absolutely stunned, and angry at he same time, so I just paid the $4.00, gathered my copies and left . I realize that this might not sound like a lot of money to some people, but I am a senior citizen, living on a fixed income, and every penny counts. I am very disappointed in the way this United Supermarket does business, and how they don’t oversee what goes on at the Customer Service desk. Although this particular location has always been very convenient for me, due to the fact that I live close by, I will not do business here anymore, and I will not recommend this particular store to anyone. If a could give less than 1 star , would definitely do so !!

Went in yesterday to grab a few items and carried everything out myself instead of using a sacker. Threw my reciept out when I left the store. When i finally got home, I and realized (after tearing apart my car and checking every bag in the kitchen) that I must've left behind a package of ground beef, approx 8 dollars. I called them and they informed me that if i could describe the transaction since i paid with cash, i could get a replacement. I go into the store this evening, the following day since it was a little before close yesterday, and they reviewed the camera (not well and very quickly. {I also had to turn around yesterday after my first trip because i i realize i had gotten the wrong brand of juice my pregnant wife wanted}) and then they proceeded to tell me that it looks like i grabbed it. I didn't. Which transcation did they even watch? I had to make 2 seperate shopping trips back to back. Meanwhile the first time i had a gallon of juice, bread, and 3 6-pack bottles of sodas etc. They said "we're not gonna honor it" and asked me to leave the store. I feel like im being treated like a criminal. And they just stiffed me!!! Zero stars if i could, will never use any store in the albertsons family again. HEB has no competition as far as im concerned.
