EVERY other united/marketstreet allows me to pay for a couple grocery items at the pharmacy along with my medications but this location is clearly too lazy to do the same as the rest.

Bought a vanilla $300 gift card at this location for granddaughter. The scammers burned through $295.00 of it as soon as it was activated. When we asked the manager about it. He was nothing but defensive and blaming our granddaughter speculating our granddaughter gave someone the information. I've bought several thousands of dollars worth of the same gift cards at other united locations for same granddaughter over the years never had a problem. Two stars because I should have known better than to spend hard earned money in the united ghetto store, thinking that they would have extra security keeping an eye on things at this location. I don't recommend shopping at this location and would stay clear on 50th and Q location just for good measure.
As a long time customer of united and certain I've spent more than a 100k over the years i would have expected at least a sympathetic word and maybe a I'll have the employees keep a close eye on the gift cards, but no. just a not my fault nothing I can do about it. From management.

I have been a loyal customer of United for my entire life, and I have always had positive experiences—until my recent encounter with Tanay. Unfortunately, she was not friendly and displayed a very unpleasant attitude. United, you need to do better. Tanay needs to improve her customer service skills. When I come into the store, I want to feel welcomed, not like I'm bothering your employees. If customer service isn’t your strongest skill set, please choose another job.

The cashier named Sam needs a raise! It was Monday night and the poor guy was by himself checking and bagging everyone. Not a single other register was open amd other employees were at guest services laughing and talking. Very unprofessional.

Our carry out Star was absolutely amazing she's very knowledgeable telling us about the gadorade sell going on and just carrying on a conversation that's the type of customer service that United needs more of. I hope Star gets a bonus or a raise because she's 1 in a million.

Great deals and friendly folks make this an almost everyday stop. They have quick and delicious breakfast pizzas and awesome chicken.

The management is not very tentative. One of the associates was very unprofessional and coming on too strong. This is definitely the poorest quality United in Lubbock.
