I love my market street on 50th but today I was closer to this store and needed a birthday cake. I waited for 10 minutes at the bakery counter listening to them laugh and giggle in the back while no-one was up front to help customers. After I tell her what I needed my cake today she very sloppily rushed through putting it on the cake and then handed it over to me while still joking with Co workers. I will stick to my regular store from this point forward!

This place is rude . My husband was getting in line and the manager (name D.F) Just cut him off and told him “no”extended his arm out said “I’m letting this lady go first. My husband backed up didn’t say nothing so when I went to ask the manger why he cut my husband off he told me because he wanted her to go first to get the “bigger baskets out the way” when we were in line first I told him well that was wrong and rude he said I’m sorry and continued to just ignore my complai

I waited to have someone carry out my groceries and ended up taking them out myself. Two ladies that were sacking complained about carrying out because it was too hot. They sacked the groceries but disappeared when it was time to take them out! Not pleased ! Horrible customer service!

One of the Front Leads, Marissa, was SUPER helpful yesterday! She helped me find the items I had coupons for, helped me find other items, and helped me to check out too! She also had an amazing attitude and was super nice!

Ordered a cake from here for my 4yr olds birthday party. A simple Little Mermaid Cake. It was supposed to have a sugar sheet image on it and while it does have the image on there, it looks like a little child with safety scissors cut it out. It is not that hard to cut out a circle yet the employees couldn't manage to do it. Not to mention the ugly grey-purple on the side of the cake when I was told it would be lavender. I called to express my complaint to them about it and th

Ever since Albertson's bought out United, there has been a steady decline in all areas. The produce isn't as good, the store brands are terrible, the general atmosphere has digressed. They are slowly but surely removing items that they have stocked over time and replacing it with "store brands" that suck. If H.E.B would please come to Lubbock, United would be put out of business. After 40 years of shopping at United, I'm having to go to "Wall Mart" to get the groceries that I've always bought. Sad!!!!!

Need to work on customer service. How to talk to the customer as a friend and not as 'I know better than you because I work in a pharmacy'. You can ask a customer something without making it sound condescending.

If I could give a minus 5, I would. I'LL admit, changing from United was hard. I have been disappointed with United for several years. However, they finally made it easy for me to change. They just wore me out trying to work through it with them. That being said, I have shopped at the same United for 16 years. Shortly after Albertson's bought them, we began noticing in EVERY trip, we brought something home that was already expired or about to be in a couple of days. And it was from all areas of the store. When we began noticing, we tossed many items. Then we tried checking dates while in the store, but that added time to our trips. Then we began making a second trip to return those items. They always replaced the items, but I shouldn't have to make an extra trip. We tried talking to the manager numerous times to no avail. Nothing changed. My husband went in the other day for milk and EVERY carton of 1% milk expired the NEXT day. He said something to a stocker and got a shrug, no response and he left. I'm done with United and glad I made the change to Walmart Neighborhood Market.

Totally not responsive to my needs. Had been to the pharmacy before. Presented my insurance cards to them. They say they do not have my Medicare card. I told them I just underwent surgery and could not drive. I wanted to fax my card to them. "That would look funny. I need to see the original card." Calling another United. They will setup over the phone without the need for the original card.
