I just wanted to say that nine months ago I lost my billfold in a United Market store. I was recently contacted by corporate headquarters , and once I identified my billfold, I was told they had the item, I’m not sure why it took nine months to get it back to me even though I’ve gone back into the store many times asking if they had the billfold. But at the end of the day I’m glad to have my billfold back, so thank you very much United Market for being honest and returning my billfold with everything in tact even my cash.PH

Will not shop again @ United on 130th & Indiana! We have never been treated so rudely by the Assistant Grocery Manager! He is definitely in the wrong type of business as he does NOT know how to treat customers with any respect nor does he know what great customer service is!! He should learn quickly who actually pays his wages (that would be the customer)! A customer who has had a negative experience will likely tell 50+ more people! The impact can result in lower customer counts & sales!!

My wife and have been shopping at the Andrew's hwy. Location in midland for 30 years. We will NEVER go back. Our checker never acknowledged us, and constantlyspoke Spanish or what ever to the sacker. I still fro. Now on give my hard e as rend money yo H E B. Front end manager was NO HELP. Good luck keeping your doors open. Thanks for the great service in the past.

Injured at work. Workers Comp Declined to cover. So a notice to collect from United will have to be through a court. Wouldn't recommend anyone applying for any job. They want FMLA paperwork. Injured on the job and surgery....

Meat prices are ricidilous.Brownfield store some checkers are a joke instead of ringing up prices they ring up the pounds of meat.They have no clue of items on sale you tell them they get mad storm off to find the sale price not before slamming our basket in a young girl.After paying the checker throws our change at my daughter.This store has gone down so far no respect for customers who pay their paychecks.Without customers no business.Bownfield United needs to teach their employees about customer values.Hopefully HEB will give United a run for their money maybe then United will train employees the right way.

One of my major problems going to United supermarket on 82nd street near the movie theater. Most all employees are doing a great job. Except the meat the partment I hope I can attach a photo to see what I mean. This is got to stop! Well unfortunately I can and a photo. I did talk to Bobby one of the managers at this location

Very friendly and professional. I went in to make a complaint on the store in Levelland,Tx in they sat down in lesson to me but they never apologize to me for their manager accusing me of stealing. Never received a feedback of the situation but overall received horrible customer service. Joe Wambo need to send some training to mananger at United store in Levelland and at corporate office A.S.A.P!!!! In also Albertsons need to send some more training to United corporate offices. Can't wait for H.E.B to come to Lubbock. Hopefully they know how to treat there customer better than United supermarket.

Very very disappointing. Working with a non-profit children’s organization asking for a donation. Went in and talked with the receptionist, filled out online forms, called.....and not one word back. Is this the way they give back to the community. NOT IMPRESSED!!!!!
