The customer service there needs work. I went there looking for 2 ceiling fans and most of them are in parts. I tried to get help piecing 2 of the fans together and the guy just left me there by myself. The products look good in those boxes but all the pieces aren't there. The fans should be $30 if they aren't complete. Most of the stuff is broken up and unorganized and the prices are too high for items you have to piece together yourself. Nothing is organized.
