Horrible Experience! I pulled up to grab a 4 rolls of no climb fence. It was raining and the manager said he didn’t want to grab it. I offered to grab it myself but they said no. That’s about $850 they lost from
me.

Ashley was a great help to us, and so was a young man. I did not catch his name. We purchased a go-cart and a kayak; the kayak was already discounted, and Ashley made sure we could find a missing piece and that we were happy before we left. I will definitely come back.

Our entire dissatisfaction came attempting to contact this store to simply ask a question regarding the delivery and date of future products. One sales associate that answered the phone refused to answer any question we had only saying “we are closed” then HANGING UP!!! This happened, not an exaggeration, over a dozen times. After the second hang up we requested to speak to the manager. She refused saying the manager was busy, we said we would hold, and we were hung up on again. This occurred 12-13 times. Answer, hang up without a word. No manager ever came. I will never spend another dime in the tractor supply store and if I don’t receive a call from someone with an apology I will never shop in another tractor supply store!

I’ve bought 3 flock party chicken waters for $40 each and they all break within 3 months after putting them in use. Absolute trash. Don’t recommend buying anything “flock party” from TSC. It’s all trash and a waste of $$$ over and over again.
