“Amazing service! These guys are the definition of professional. They were courteous and considerate of our time and even went the extra mile so no one in our party was left behind or needed an Uber. They are knowledgeable and understand how to tow an electric vehicle properly and came equipped to handle the job. They not only made sure we were going to the right place but he maneuvered the car to ensure we wouldn’t have any issues connecting and charging. I will absolutely recommend this service to anyone. “As someone who works in the Car industry, i understand all the chaos. I got my truck alignment done and It was ready to pick up right before 5 and I showed up as they closed. When I left i noticed the truck was still pulling right so I had called Saturday to see if they can work on my truck again, Thankfully Christian had the most positive attitude and was like just come back Monday when they have alignment staff. I got the truck back to them and they got it fixed. they told me the cause of why it was still pulling but I forgot. But I give them 5 stars because they kept a positive attitude. Today i realize that most auto companies and service departments are so quick to judge and almost unwelcoming. So thank you Christian/ Forrest tires for being polite and getting my truck done right !”

He lost his key fob and they were able to provide him a an OEM fob at a great rate. He beat all other competitors and was quick to respond. “Sammy and lance and all the guys for that matter were extremely helpful and efficient in fixing wiring issues that was wrong in my car. I took it to a previously used mechanic who kept the car over 6 months and could not figure out how to get it going.This team of guys fixed the issues and replaced essential parts in a reasonable timeframe. I recommend this shop to anyone for their tuning and wiring needs. Their integrity to get the job done and fair is why I won’t go anywhere else now. Thanks guys”
“I went through Hagerty insurance for my classic that blew a wheel bearing at 70mph on 1585 East in pitch darkness. Damn if it was only 1900 when it happened. However, by 2200 I was in the motel 40 miles away and checked in. Super super professional, I can’t remember the name of the driver because I had been on the road 8 hours straight at that point and could barely remember mine. Anyways, no hurt, harm, or danger came upon me or my passenger, an 80 lb Dobermann. The driver was a former marine and you can defo see the work ethic in that. If I ever break down again near Lubbock, I want Hagerty to continue this contract.”

My vehicle was stuck in mud and after a failed attempt to get the car out, Kyle happened to be driving by, stopped to ask if we were okay told him the situation he looked to see what he could do. We agreed to give it a couple days since it had been raining for two days straight, after the mud dried up a bit he was able to get me out of the mud. Kyle was so professional, courteous, full of smiles and laughter. You could tell he really likes his job! I still can’t thank yall enough!!!”
