This establishment, particularly the owner, exhibits a blatant disregard for the well-being of your dogs. It resembles a prison more than a pet hotel. Take a thorough tour of this facility, compare it with others in Lubbock, and base your decision on that stark contrast.

My dogs go to daycare at Tipton and all the staff are great and also know my dogs by name and are always happy to see them we also use Tipton for boarding as well great place with great employees

We have taken our dogs here many times to be boarded (and groomed) while out of town, and were so pleased to see their large room (not crate) and private dog door so they can go outside in their private fenced area (everything was very clean). They even let us board our little chihuahuas stay with our big (and protective) lab-mix. The grooming was perfect, our dogs seemed very happy and well treated, and the staff was extremely nice and friendly. Night and day difference from every other boarding place in town. I Highly recommend Tipton Pet Hotel!

LOVE THIS PLACE! My dog, Bailey lives to go to daycare here! The staff are amazing! The place is very clean and well kept. This is the best daycare in Lubbock Texas!

We took 8 pets there for a week. Everyone had fun and was well cared for. I called while we were away and they knew each of my pets and how they were doing.

INCREDIBLE SERVICE. They definitely went above and beyond when it came to my babies. I never trust anyone with my 3, but they definitely calmed my nerves when it comes to entrusting someone that isn’t me. Their knowledge and customer service was some of the best I’ve seen in recent years. 5 stars from me and the gang!
