This is the worst place to take a loved one. There are maybe a couple of people that I trusted to take care of my dad. Other than that. nope. I would never recommend this place in good conscience. Like. Ever.

Facility appearance and therapy team at Garrison is excellent, and the food is very good. Staff provided good care and were respectful. Nurses Niki, Pierre, Stephanie, Sarah, and Annie in woundcare were always very helpful.

Therapy services were good- really liked the OT but I don’t remember his name. Food was good, particularly breakfast. We received good communication and nursing care.
