I made an online order three weeks ago and still haven’t received my whole order. I also sent an email to customer service about making a return because they sent the wrong size in something and they won’t respond. You can NOT get in touch with anyone in customer service. I have emailed twice now and called several times and the automated system says “we are experiencing higher call volume please call back another time”. Ridiculous! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I'm giving five stars for the sole purpose of how hard the employees were working. For how small of a space this location is working out of and how many customers were in there, the employees were outstanding. It was most certainly chaotic due to shoppers but all four employees who assisted my children and myself were extremely helpful. Please give these guys a break! Sadly, we will not be returning to this location or any location ever again. Stores are too small and quality of clothing has gone down hill over the last twelve years. Again, thank you to all the hard working employees at this location. Y'all are awesome!

I usually order online but came in to try on clothes for my daughter and the people working were very rude. The guy said are u ready I'm closing the doors in a couple of minutes rudely. They didn't say thank you or anything even after I said thank u they just handed me my bag. After spending over $100 at this store I will not be back if they have this kind of service I will just buy my daughters clothes somewhere else.

Seriously poor customer service. They are rude, finish hanging out before helping any customer who is standing there to check out. They also act like I’m being rude returning things still in the package, never opened immediately after they arrived. FYI: Returns are not personally against you. Weird.

Bad customer services the associates are too busy doing other things then to help and check the customer's out. Takes forever to check out. Also, the only way you will get good deals is if you order online. Seem like most of the stuff in the store is full price.

Bought some clothes for my kids on tax free weekend however pants were t big went to exchange and was told that I had to pay the taxes first. Can someone please explain to me how that works some pants just a smaller size. ♀️ ♀️ ♀️

Worst customer service ever. Went to the store to look for uniforms for my kids asked the MANAGER IF THEY HAD ANY BLACK SHORTS he just pointed and said that’s all we got I didn’t get BLACK This year. Cashier was horrible everyone else received a blue children’s place bag except for me they put my clothes in grocery store bag. Racist

i love shopping with childrens place but every time i come into this store it looks like a tornado came through. i dont know if the employees dont feel like cleaning up or the manager just doesnt care but it makes them look bad when you have stuff just thrown everywhere and laying in totes making people just sort through what they want. i know customers can be crazy and they cause this but just leaving the store like this is the reason i dont shop at this store that often anymore. i just order online.
