I needed a tire patched, i walked in and saw 4 guys sitting down conversating. I asked if they could patch a tire, 1 guy said yes however that it would cost me 40.00 USD since I didn't purchase the tire there. Is this your POLICY?

The worst customer service in Lubbock the little muscle guys needs to stay off the juice and take care of his customers. Paid to have 4 tires put on and came back the next day to have air put in because they all where low and he acted if I was wrong for asking him to check them . He claims to be the owner lol good luck with that attitude told me I had to wait a hour for him to check it smh

Don't Hesitate if and when you need tires or rims!!! These guys and Bernice will take great care of you! Awesome experience! Within the hour I got my truck leveled, and the price was very very reasonable. I was new to texas tires, but I will be going back!

Boyfriend and I came around 6:45pm to get a replacement tire and there were 3-4 men just standing outside and each individual looked at us and did not say a word. 2 other cars pulled up during this time and ended up leaving but we stayed as it was urgent. After 10 minutes my boyfriend got out and asked if someone was available and the man with the mustache said "they don't do outside service and close in 2 minutes" and didn't have the tire we needed anyways. It's fine that they didn't have what we needed because I have been told that it's a rare size. The fact that no one had the decency to approach us for help rubbed me the wrong way. I've been to many shops and I have never had mechanics just continue to look at customers and not say anything or "all the mechanics are working and you should've went inside" when 2 were just standing and talking and all were aware that we were there. Regardless of what "should've been done" please have the decency to at least approach your customers.

Stopped in the other day and was quoted $1,800 for steelies and a set of cheap tires. Everyone was super friendly but the fact that you are charging $250 for one 16in steelie and $200 for a no name tire seems a big high. I understand yall gotta make money but I was able to go to another shop and get the same thing for $400 and what they sold me was just as high of quality of not better.

I like the service that the guys there give except for a woman in front who, according to her, can never give me information. They should be a little more friendly since the clients depend on that. They do a very good job!! I congratulate you ?

Guys at count seemed to be very nice. Of course they are wanting to make a sell. Purchased a set of tires that was going to also need the purchase and install of a leveling kit. Tire and leveling kit was purchased and installed. Everything looked good. I drove back home to work and myself and a few coworkers looked at the work. On both sides of the front, wiring harness plastic brackets was left loose and also broken. I called and AB took the call. I called it a dirty job and I felt it bothered him. He said to swing it back and that they would fix it. Exact words(ez fix)I took a day off to drive back to Lubbock and they took it to the bay for about 5 min. Nothing was repaired. Everything the same. I complained to Ruben and he got his feeling hurt cause I went back inside and told him that nothing was done to fix and repair loose brackets. Quickly he got defensive. I never got mad, never raised my voice as he said I did, nor did I use foul language. I am a Christian and those words would never come out my mouth. I took a day off work. And was irritated me was that nothing was done to repair there dirty work. I work hard for my money. These guys make me drive 3 hrs total to not resolve nothing. Texas Tire Of Lubbock did me wrong. I simply was the better person and just got in my vehicle and left. You known it Ruben. Y’all stole from me and my family by be asking for a day off for these repairs. Just a heads up to all the customers of Texas Tire of Lubbock. If y'all want good quality work, I would not use these guys again. You and your families drive in these vehicles day in and day out. Be careful people. Y’all did nothing to fix the issue. If a two inch specter was added, parts just don’t stay dangling. Y’all did a horrible job. And by the way, it has been taken care of and done properly. Thanks for nothing! By the way the ones that fixed it told me they get a lot of y’all screw ups! Yah I guess I’m just a Karen! Just got my lift last week and need bigger tires and my dad suggested I got to Texas Tires and I’ve never been to them before, I’ve always went somewhere else for tires but I went and picked out tires on a Saturday and got them installed on Monday morning. It was and easy. If you need wheels and tires I suggest going to see Ruben !!

We pulled into Lubbock after a five hour drive with a low tire. We have a warranty with Discount Tire, so we stopped by there only to learn that all of the Lubbock stores were closed that Saturday for a "company event". Really? On the busiest day of the week? Not exactly engendering loyalty, Discount Tire....So we stopped by Texas Tire and explained the situation to them. They took a look at our tire, determined that it couldn't be repaired, put the spare on and sent us on our way, no charge. Super nice people, super fast service. I'd be a customer if I lived in Lubbock and would encourage anyone in the area to stop by and give these guys your business. You'll be glad you did!

These guys are rockstars. showed up at 6:55 and the manager didn't hesitate to fix my tire regardless if they were about to close. Walmart, Firestone, and Mavis all turned me away with even though they had over an hour before closing. I definitely recommend this place, they were fast, and professional! Thank you Texas Tire, you now have a customer for life!!!
