There is new guy unscrew transmission fluid instead engine oil for my vehicle. Manager took while to fix it and he promise me won't have any problems. But now when i gas up it has some kind of unusual noise after 2000RPM. I have to take my vehicle back to dealership to figure out what is going on . I was trying to save some time for myself but now it takes more time and money to had it address the issue .Manager did offer 50% off for next visit but I won't use that cause i don't trust them no more .

Becca was great! Very thorough in her inspections and very clear about future services I may need that take 5 could provide. Al though there are 2 shops closer to me, I'm changing my take 5 preference to this shop in the future

I have come here everytime for my oil changes, and as a girl it can be very intimidating. I personally request Tom everytime and he never disappoints. He doesn’t ever try to vulture at me but always ensure I’m educated on my vehicle! I am always very impressed. They take great care of me here! Highly recommend Tom!

First time at this place and Asher answered all my questions and helped me when I forgot my purse let me know they take payment over the phone and tap pay from Apple and Android. Marshall came and made sure I had great service and even got me some water to go on this hot afternoon. Everything seems to be running smoothly and definitely will be back to this location.

Bad ass this is the best oil change in town! Ask for Becca she's the best tech there. She works harder than all the dudes there and I think she runs the place! I've been going here back when it used to be Valvoline ????

I was visiting Lubbock and needed to get my vehicle inspection done. My Dad told me about this place, so I went by there on my way into town. The staff were all very polite and had good vibes going. It was a simple inspection, but their hospitality was great. Good job and thank you!
