For the last 7 years I’ve had my Tundra, I’ve changed my oil at 3,000 miles at Take 5. Today I went in the shop on Quaker Ave. When I pulled in and said I needed an oil change, I was told since I use full synthetic, I could change oil every 5,000 miles. Wonder why I was never told that? But I really appreciate the employee (sorry I didn’t get his name) for looking out for me instead of making an unneeded expense

There were 2 cars ahead of me, but they brought me a nice, cold bottle of water. It didn’t take very long and I was on my way. They were very courteous and efficient

Thomas was so disrespectful, and he didn't know how to talk to customers. He shouldn't be working on that location because the Take 5 Quaker location is the best in Lubbock
