Why is this stuff in this store over priced. Perms are 12.99 ? Why ? Way over priced. I moved here from Dallas there is just not no good hair stores for blacks in Lubbock

The stores pretty cool. They have a HUGE VARIETY of things to shop from. But the workers are not very friendly or helpful.

staff is very rude ALL THE TIME. They need CUSTOMER service TRAINING. They come too AMERICA with a messed up mind set.. We need too STOP going too these types of places. We need too black owners.
