Horrible customer service. The only time I was asked if they could help me I responded I was just looking around. The Chinese lady then told me well your double parked and need to move. The black worker then told me she needed to park there. There was plenty of other parking. Since they were more concerned about my parking than customer service. I went outside moved my car and promptly left..

I called in advance to pick up a wig cap that t-mart claimed to have; I traveled 25 mins out of the way. Upon arrival, as I am walking to the door the manager turns the lights out and locked the door. They closed 35 mins early, this is truly bad business. They could have stated they were closing early when I called.

If zero starts was an option I'd definitely rate them as such! This place racially profiled my mother and another lady today and also accused them of stealing. My mother who's also a Pastors wife has NEVER stolen anything a day in her life! Please, if you are a person of color, DO NOT SHOP HERE! BOYCOTT TMART!!!

Big No. They don't greet so it already feels awkward shopping. Didn't help us with ANYTHING but wants to watch us like we are trying to steal or something. Walked out didn't buy anything, would rather go to another hair store where the quality of product and employees is better.

Place had exactly what I needed but they need more security I watched women walk in with purses when I did and watched them steal but I don’t get paid to snitch them out I just kept it moving lol but just heads up

Korean lady is very rude. Its like she is bipolar. There is a beautiful, friendly and knowledgeable young black woman in there now but I'm sure she will run her away. No modern wigs but love makeup selection. D products on shelfs
