Terrible customer service, I ask a question about getting a transmission looked at and the mechanics looked at each other and never tried to acknowledge the question. I stood there for a second, and saw no one was going to help me, so I left!

After trying to reach them over the phone countless times I finally went there to talk to them in person, the guy at the front desk didn’t even acknowledge me until I had enough and left. I wouldn’t trust leaving my car with someone who doesn’t even pick up the phone or knows how to deal with customers. Don’t know if they do good work but they certainly have horrible customer service.

I have a Ford F150 and a Chevrolet S10 I'm taking both of my vehicles to them they've done an excellent job at a fair price I recommend them to anybody who has transmission problems
