Got the $12 wash, and I know it isn't the top tier wash, but it barely got my pickup clean. I had a friend recommend it, which is why I tried it out, but was disappointed. Will not be using the automatic wash next time.

Mediocre wash. The management needs anger management classes. Read other reviews with similar results. Angry man runs out shouting about his customers.I arrived with my F250, some mud on it, but not caked on just some splashed up from the wheel. The dude comes over seems mad about something, he yelled at me to wash the mud down the drain and that should hose my truck off before coming. Now, I have done that in the past when the mud was real bad, but this amount of mud certainly didn’t require comments. Btw, I did hose what little mud come off.

The manager was awful. Disrespectful and out of line with his attitude. I had pulled up and just finished sending a text when HE opened my door as if he had any right or authority.He complained that my truck was muddy. Was it muddy? Yes. Had I taken the time to knock off as much dry mud as possible? Yes.Did I take the time and extra money to wash the mud I did leave down the drain? Yes. However, the manger took it upon himself to gripe at me for the mud and being on my phone when three bays and the drive through wash were open. He went on a ranting tirade about how “if you’re at McDonald’s, you go in, eat your burger and get out, no one ever goes in and gets on their phone.” He stormed off and as he walked away, not sure if he flipped me off, but his hand went up and said something about “y’all are all the same.”I’ve been going to this particular wash for YEARS. Loved it. It’s convenient, clean and usually everything works. After this incident, I will encourage everyone to use other facilities. The manner in which this person conducted themselves is outrageous. Maybe he was having a bad day, but why SPECIFICALLY come to me when there was an even muddier truck that pulled in with no issue from the management and a lady who was on her phone talking before she began vacuuming again with no comment from the management. Maybe I’m just not the type of client, this manager wants to see at his facility. I don’t know, but I’m never going back.Just another note about the individual in question, I’m not sure if he’s the manager, maintenance man, or what, he did not introduce himself whatsoever. The first words out of his mouth were the gripes about mud and cell phones. Not once did he say who he was, or why it’s any of his business what I’m doing there. Again, there were other bays wide open, no one was waiting, other people were muddier and on their phones.

I paid $12 for my car wash and I admit it has dried on mud and dirt and when it was finished and I got out to look my charcoal black SUV looked like it had this dirty white film all over it. The only good thing I can say is it got the bug juice off my windshield.

For having a new truck it sure is hard to find a good touch less car wash till I found this place! Everything about it is amazing on top of the drying time it goes over about 5-6 times which I like and most places vacuums aren't as strong but here they're amazing as well! Also super affordable.

I want to love this place. You get to wash with warm/hot water, BUT there is no real pressure. The wash soap setting had no soap, just water it seemed. Also, the foam brush puts out dry suds, if that makes sense? So when you’re applying foam, your car is drying, making the suds less efficient. Which is frustrating because it’s significantly more expensive than other manual washes, where you get way more pressure out of the nozzle, and the foam brush is not just suds.All in all, if they provided more pressure and made the foam a bit more runny/wet, I’d at least give them a 4 star.So going forward, I’ll just go to the less fancy $4.00 place that lets you wash for 20 minutes, but doesn’t take credit cards.

I've been using this car wash for several years, mostly because it's convenient to my house. Unfortunately on every visit over the past couple of years something has been broken. My most recent visit: 1) one bays was out of order, 2) another bay would not take a credit card, 3) my bay was very dirty (mud and grass), and I could not get soapy water from the sprayer (only clean water). Dirty bays and broken equipment has been a common theme. I suggest looking for a better option or just hand wash yourself.

I spend lots of money here and it’s always something broke or dripping soap as u exit . Fix please or sell to someone who cares . Spot free is horrible in the bays. Lubbock car washes are mostly junk or scratch with the brush ones.

Ripped me off. Sat in line for 15 min then when I pulled in after I had paid for the wash it wouldn’t stop telling me to exit.
