No one ever answers the phone anymore after 50 rings. I was told to call in big orders because it inconveniences the kitchen. I call time after time and no one ever answers. Not going to bother with this place anymore

What CONVENIENCE store closes mid day???? They have a sign posted that are “day closed” for 30 mins and will reopen will done.

Idk what's going on with stripes, everything going down hill. Ordered eggs, they looked OK but when I got out to my truck they were hard/crunchy from being out to long. The cashier never had hello or anything at check out. In fact she was eating. Took about 15 sec for her to check me out. She didn't ask is this all or do you need a bag, ahe didn't say anything at all to me. Completely rude! Stripes was a good place to get breakfast or lunch but I'm not trusting them with my food anymore.

Was just in. Asked about food because there was no burritos available. She looked at me and continued sweeping not caring about the customers AT ALL! Left without buying anything. No customer service = no sales.

Walked in and there was nobody there which was weird, they didn't have Hardly anything ready and what I did get was absolutely terrible !!!didn't have any hot sauce either!! Won't be back to this one I'm gonna stay at 82nd in the interstate.... Their Laredo taco is really good and they are ready to go in the morning..

The cashier who worked on the night of 04/11/2022 is one of the most unprofessional and childish persons I have ever seen. She was rude, told people that walked in that they were closed and didn't conduct herself like a professional. I honestly haven't been to a stripes where the staff actually conducted themselves like professionals except for the one on Indiana and Clovis hwy and 19th and Frankford, other than that, the rest of the stripes locations need serious customer service training.
