This place location is going down hill will a doward pull. I used to be really happy with it, and they get worse and worse every day, anywhere dropping drink containers on the floor and putting them right back on to the container, not even washing with soap and water. Everyone acts like you are there for them, and you're in their way. Wait times are outrageous sometimes to get an order placed even where they are not even busy, so it is not because they are busy. The manager is clueless about how much items are and the portions, she acts like she doesn't want to be there, they are all more interested playing on there phones and joking around with each other then waiting on customers and doing there job. I pay 4.99 for what I get every morning a bowl, and I got 1 piece of bacon and maybe a portion of eggs. That's not what I pay 4.99 + tax for. This location needs a desperate visit from corporate to straighten this out, although they would probably just behave while they were there till they leave and then go back to there old ways.

When I was checked out I was asked for card over cash. Accidentally left the 20 dollar bill on the counter when I called to report what happened I was hung up on!

the most rude, incompetent cashier while I was trying to get gas. She ignored my request and when I had to walk into the store for the third time she walked away from the register laughing. She displayed unprofessional inconsiderate customer service. I'll describe her simply because I was not going to walk into the super for fourth time only to subject myself to her treating me with actions she thinks to be appropriate, she's Hispanic, short and very much overweight with her hair pulled straight back in a bun and wears glasses. Lord help your establishment if she's management. Will not be patronizing this store or any stripes in Lubbock, TX any more! do something about your employees customer service skills!!! only selected one start for rating because system wouldn't allow me to select NONE!

Went in last Saturday morning on a road trip. I was charged .10 extra a gallon for paying at the pump. Went inside and there was not any coffee. Friend was going to buy beer for later in the day and clerk would not accept her passport as ID. Also would not take my Texas license as she is the one who carried it to the counter. Very rude. Will not ever go back in that store again.

Rude service sick employee making food while knowing she is sick. Rude lady trying to kick me off property for eating food the I purchased inside of the store. She was having a bad and decided to take it out on me. She definitely can use a review on customer service definitely won’t be back nor will my family

I bought some sunflower seeds. The flowerseeds are rancid. I went back inside. They refused to exchange because the package was open. They can't exchange if the package was open. There is no way to know if the seeds are good without tasting. Ridiculous. Nor did l get my money back.
