I stopped by last night to buy beer and use the restroom before I went home. The restroom was locked so I asked for the key like the sign said and one of the ladies rudely said “you have to buy something” I told her “ok that’s fine I understand and I am going to be buying beer.” She then proceeded to say “WELL, YOU HAVE TO BUY IT FIRST!!!” Ok, not only will that be my last purchase there, let me just remind you that SINCE YOU DO SERVE FOOD at that location YOU ALSO have to provide the restroom by law. If you don’t want homeless people hanging out fine put up no loitering signs so they can see that or ask them to leave. Don’t take your problems and frustrations out on the people that are trying to spend money!!! Ohhhh and if you are diabetic they have to let you use the public restroom as well. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!! Spend your money elsewhere!!!

How are both bathrooms closed for "cleaning" yet no one is cleaning them and the cashiers are standing around playing on their phones and chit chatting. We will get our snacks and gas elsewhere.

Wow I need to put gas in and ppl been in for over an hour and the doors are lock. Why? So many ppl waiting .. lost of profit. Corporate you need to intervene and read your reviews. Seem like a on going issue

I love the morning shift but the night shift is no good. They lock doors for like a hour. I’m just trying to get some gas to make it home it’s almost 1:00am in 10 minutes I’ve been here since 12:15am There was a man here before I got here and he had no car and he had to stand and wait. This a is crazy

Staff was busy having conversations with themselves or on their cell phone ignoring customers. Store was a mess and items needed to be stocked. Outside was trashed. With waste can overfilled. DISGUSTING!

We went there for breakfast tacos on 10.14.23 around 10 am. Very few customers and about 7 employees. The coffee dispensers were empty except for one. The woman behind the register was flirting with a man who came in the store and probably works there while suddenly the line of non breakfast customers formed. One customer was visibly upset as the employee kept conversing with other staff and playing around. There was a bucket of dirty water right next to the coffee. Before we left I asked the cashier if she was the manager, and she said no but what did I need. I told her about the coffee and she made excuses that they make it here and there and some thongs were broken. A white male came over and started making coffee. We asked if he was Mgr and he said he was one of them. When we complained he said twice yall have a nice day. That's all. Then a back woman came over and said they just had the breakfast crowd and coffee ran out and they're very busy. I responded that the employees were not busy since we got there. They kept running outside to see the lunar eclipse. There's a need for better management at this store.

Went in to this store for a fountain drink at 7:30am this morning. I was told the card readers were down and it was cash only. I gave them the drink (which was already poured) and they threw it in the trash. I left and came back after lunch at 1pm the same day. I assumed that over 5 hours later the issue would be resolved with the card readers. I walked in, poured another fountain drink, and was told at the register the card readers still didn’t work. I told them the same thing happened this morning and I apologized for not being able to purchase the already poured fountain drink.The frustrating thing is they could have put up “cash only” signs or something on the doors or I don’t know, just given me the drink that costs them all of 10 cents, if that. Customer service here sucks. Go somewhere else.
