The people who are in charge of the food. They are lazy. I have stopped by twice in 1 week and every time...I get this "sorry we are not ready. Ma'am you are going to have to wait.". Man it says OPEN @5 AM. ITS NOW 5:30 AM. I will never go back. I would rather travel little more for fresh burritos. 34th & Milwaukee is the place to go.

Love this Stripes they are usually very customer friendly. The bathrooms are hit or miss on cleanliness, but this store is great overall.

Garbage service. Work at home over nights and closed more often overnight than not.If I could give zero stars I would.

Our shop is just down the street from this location but have experienced poor service all Stripes locations. Their credit card machines don't work half the time, almost never have self service window wash available or IF they do it's just standing, smelly water. And they never have receipt paper which sucks for business accounting if your required to turn them in because you have to walk inside to get one and wait in line. Thank goodness Toot'n Totum and Circle K have been opening a lot of stations!

Horrible taco bar and unfriendly staff! Went in at 12pm and the eggs are still there. I wouldn't feed the food to my dog, absolutely disgusting!!!!!!!! I mean I could be wrong if eggs are supposed to be brown...

They keep putting up the NO EBT sign even though they do take it & it is not broken. I’m top of it they purposely unplugged the phone, I’ve seen them do this myself. I am a recent employee of theirs.

Worst store in Lubbock. Was serving store bought tortillas to lazy to cook coffee bar soda bar dirty deli was dirty no picadillo or carna gusida. Manager does say anything. recent previous employee. Sales are low because of management and who they hire.
