Went to Sherwin Williams today to get some paint. I don’t know much about paint but Derrick walked me through everything and made it such a simple process. Thank you Sherwin Williams, you’ve got a really great teammate with Derrick!

The employees are always rude and give attitude at this location. My husband went and every question he asked the lady he was met with attitude and it was like he was inconveniencing them.

I've put a lot of paint on walls and buildings in my almost 60 yrs and have been to Sherwin Williams a lot and spent a lot of money at various stores in several states. I've always had great service, advice and help until I entered this store. Went here several days looking at colors and try to ask question. The only store I've been in where the employees stay in the paint mixing area and play grab ass, gossip and talk about the customers. You can hear everything they are talking about as it echos out. They don't help, communicate and most of all don't know their own products. Was going to buy paint but received four different stories on a paint that we wanted. Worst store I've ever been in for Sherwin Williams, could say a lot more but will stop. Oh, and the manager is in the middle of all the horse play and unprofessional behavior. On a side note Home Depot Behr paints are rated better on Consumer Report, cheaper and they actually had great service.

Unable to get customer service we were expecting. Last time we were there it was very different. It was suggested we try Frankford store. Not clear why we would need to go to a second store...one has customer service and one doesn't? Will try SW directly on Mon.

Wow after reading the reviews I’m glad I’m not the only one that thinks these employees are rude!!! I can’t believe the managers see the reviews and won’t change anything? Especially after spending so much money in this place and to get treated like we are a burden!!!???? Elizebeth was so rude I couldn’t even think it was real I thought it was a joke!? It’s her place to help people and she had a attitude the entire time!

Rude, unprofessional and needs new management. Bought a pint of a specific color paint, when I got the paint home to apply it I noticed the tint of the paint was way off so I called and Colby informed me that something was wrong with the tinter and I could just bring it back in and make it right after all it was 25 dollars for a PINT. I had my receipt and went back in a few days later where I had the unpleasant experience of having to meet the manager. She informed me that Colby was only part time and didn't know what he was talking about and she had the final say on if they would fix the paint I had bought and that she was NOT going to fix my problem. She talked down to me like I was stupid, and had no idea what I was talking about. I understand the paint is "non-returnable" but when your own employee admitted there was a problem with the your equipment and that is what caused the problem then Sherwin Williams should fix it. I wasn't asking for a refund, I was asking for you to fix the paint that your piece of equipment messed up. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS STORE

Unlike the store on Frankford, these workers are incompetent and rude. Use the location beside Lowe’s, avoid the headache.

I went in to get some samples to try and decide on an exterior paint color. I believe David helped me and I asked for any recommendations, his response was “I am not a designer I mix paint.” Obviously I know that, as a customer I did not appreciate the smart remark. I was simply looking for a recommendation.

I wish all the stores would link purchases that were made from previous Sherwin Williams and all my job sites . I do not like going to this store on 98th & slide due to having wrong colors mixed to many times . Rude customer service from a person named David !!!
