Low pay also kept giving me weeks off even gave me 3 weeks off In a row owner is also rude plus they barley train you and from the other reviews from parents they barley care for children please for ur sake do not take your children here

Super thankful for Shelby and friends,Friendly, clean, and professional. I can drop my son off knowing he’s is going to be well taken care of and have a great day. The owner, girl at the front, and teachers are wonderful! I would recommend Shelby and friends to anyone seeking a trustworthy child care provider.

Shelby and Friends is a SPECTACULAR learning center. I always felt my children were happy, healthy, safe, and LOVED. This daycare has the best, most caring, and loving teachers. The administration is also great! I can’t say enough how much my family and my children love this place. Wish I could give more stars than 5. Thank you Shelby and friends for everything!!!???

Please reconsider if you are thinking of bringing your child here. They definitely are in lack of training. When an adult that is supposed to be trained and patient enough to care for babies this age calls and says your 4 year old has been defiant all day. And they have called for the 3rd day in roll, but tell you “We will work through this” but when you show up they tell you they are unenrolling him. Are you kidding me. Take into consideration that these are mostly children under the age of 5. Which more times than not may be defiant , or tired, or hungry or retaliating to the environment they’re in, but again trained professionals should be able to overcome situations like these. Not to speak of the price very expensive plus prices will be up again starting after the holidays. Owner is Rude! If you’re not in business for the children then Consider a different profession!

Shelby and friends has been absolutely amazing for my daughter! The teachers truly care about the kids and have taken the time to get to know my daughter. My daughter has thrived and come out of her shell thanks to them. I can’t recommend them enough!

Best daycare in town!! We used another daycare before this one and had an absolutely terrible experience, but our child has completely blossomed here. It's been a complete 180 from our prior experience and I'll continue to recommend Shelby and Friends to anybody and everybody that asks. The teachers have a true passion for what they do and a love for the children, with an unmatched level of professionalism. The facility is clean, organized, and small enough that you can be sure your Littles are getting the one on one attention they need to thrive

as a new mom id stay a sahm till my childs old enough to go to school before id put my child in the care of this daycare. and never for employment , the employees are sweet yet kinda untrained. ive never seen a daycare put a pacifier into a babies mouth when it fell on a floor that has spilled food on it, and baby spit up without washing it. after my first day i sat in my car and had a whole breakdown thinking that i was going to put my own child into this daycare. when i read the reviews that were negative i swore it was people mad because they had an issue with the job and were just being rude but i fully understand it now you dont get trained and when the other persons kids theyre incharge of leave they leave as well leaving you alone with kids on your first day with zero training in what THEY want you to do with the children, the boss of the daycare very rude.

DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE!!!! Very unprofessional and lack communication with parents and staff. I pulled my kids out the second they made my wife cry. I am somewhere else and already alot happier. Was there a year and they could never get it right. They are not helpful and the owner is very rude. Please look somewhere else

This is the worst place to ever work! They are very unprofessional even the boss is very immature and allows her staff to neglect the kids while they stand around and gossiping! I would never allow anyone to take there kids there is sooo much bullying!!!!

I Absolutely Love This Daycare This Is Our First Daycare We Have Ever Gone To. They Helped My Daughter Get Poppy Trained My Daughter Is Able To Spell Her Name Say Her Numbers And Colors In Spanish, She Can Hold Great Conversations Already She’s Saying Her ABCs, And Counting To 20 And She’s Only 4! This Daycare Is Definitely 5 Stars And My Baby And I Love This Place! Thank You Shelby And Friends For Being So Amazing!

So I went here as a child. (Real quick I really want to say that this might sound like a negative review, but it's truly not, I would totally recommend this place to anybody that asked me about it) When I 1st went here I only had one problem it was two particular staff, when I got picked on by another kid I would retaliate, but they would always took the side of the person that was picking on over me due favoritism. I was reading a review exclaiming that there was gossip amongst the staff. I always noticed that the owner took care of those people and they didn't work there for a long time. But back to the problem I was previously talking about. I just felt it was unfair, but the owner, as well as all other staff, wer the true saving grace of it all. Whenever there was conflict between me and another child, if she delt with it she would always take us into her office and calmly talk to us about what happened, and would talk to us about what happened and then choose the proper disciplinary action for the situation. The owner is a truly amazing woman. I have a lot of respect for her. Her secretary, or possibly the manager was also an amazing person who would do the same thing when it came to children. I went here as a child and I am grown now in university, yet i still remember this place. I have alot of love for this place, and all of the staff. Even the two that were unfair towards me. They taught me life is unfair. There were many kids here who were awesome and kind to me as well. Also the food here was pretty good. The boss frequently interacted with us kids and that shows she cared, and was not just in it for the money. Also the security here was pretty good as well. I remember you need a code to enter, so no intruders. The owner and her secretary/possibly other manager also took interest in my school grades and wanted me to do well in school. Every now and then I'll see the owner at my job and want to say hi, but I don't know if she remembers me lol. I went here a pretty long time ago, so I'm positive everything good about this place would have been amplified and the negatives would have been worked out and removed, because it was a veryprofessional place. Overall this was an amazing place, and I'm pretty positive it still is. I learned alot here. I am always so happy to drive by and see the place doing well. Hoping the owner sees this and responds ??.

Love this daycare Ive had both my neices at this daycare and they were absolutely amazing with both. Always communicative, if i ever had a concern or issue they always made sure to address them. Highly recommend!!!!!! The staff is always so nice to the girls and they are absolutely awesome !!
