I requested acrylic nails and they turned out beautifully. I showed Annie the picture of the nails I wanted and she made them look even better than the picture. Serenity is very clean and the vibe is very relaxing. I highly recommend this place and to ask for Annie. She's quite amazing.

Went here for just short of a year. One specific lady (who told me she was the owner), did my nails so terribly they broke 2 days later. I came back the day it broke and was told to wait. I waited 45 minutes for her to then tell me they were too busy to fix 1 nail. I came back the next day to try again and was not acknowledged when I walked in the door and when I approached the owner she simply told me no. I ended up going to another salon and getting a whole new set. Bad service and quality, considering I paid $50 for a fill only to spend another $75 3 days later to fix the nails they did.

I use to come here all the time and loved it! Came back today for a manicure and it looks like a child painted my nails! My nail lady did not soak my nails, cut my cuticles, remove the nail polish that she got on my finger, and I had to ask her to cut my nails. This is ridiculous and will not be coming back. Not worth the $20 I spent to get my nails done.

Use to come here all the time and loved this place! Came back today to get a manicure and it was terrible. My nail lady didn't soak my nails, cut my cuticles, left nail polish all over my fingers and I had to ask her to cut my nails will not be come back what happened to this place.

My 3 yr old daughter wanted her nails done today, her and my son and I stopped by and the ladies here were so nice and polite to both my kids and myself. I highly recommended this place and all the ladies that work here.

Visiting Lubbock, I needed a pedicure. I was shopping nearby so I stopped in. Purchased the very basic pedicure. Well, you get what you pay for! Bringing my own nail polish, the attendant literally swiped “one” coat of polish. I’ve never had such a quick service! The price was the basic BUT not cheap. Two days later, chipped nails.Convenient location but I’ll go somewhere different next time. P.S. while I was waiting a lady came in complaining about her recent manicure chipping. I walked in and there were so many people. I was advised to check in, so I did. After I walked in another couple walked in and got seated immediately. I figured "oh they might of had an appointment." So I sit down and I wait patiently to get called. Other people walk in and they "check in" and shortly after get seated to start. This was extremely frustrating, especially since these were women coming in after me. After an hour of being there a woman came in and sat next to me. She told me she had an appointment at 3pm. Well it was 315 and they had just sat my sister with the woman she had the appointment with. She was beyond upset and let it pass. I ended up walking out because I watched people get seated countless times and never got taken care of.

I have started to go here because my usual place got new management and their work was starting to slack. Here, I have never been disappointed. Love them!! Highly recommend going. Probably should get an appointment to lock in your spot in case they are busy but they do take walk-ins.Services: Acrylic nails

I wasn't too impressed about the way they soaked my nails off, i had to pick off all of it. The staff were very friendly but my nail lady demanded that a cut off my real nail, and do acrylic (which i did not want to do). I'm trying to grow my natural nail out and dip is more easier on the nails. She didn't think so, and was a little rude after the fact. I asked for a french tip but she told me it wasn't possible with dip and that she needed to paint the top on - she made my nail this pink color which is not what i asked for but they still look okay. If you go here just make sure you're very specific!

All of their nail stations are dirty. There is actual dirt and dust along with nail polish on everything. Things are broken and it just appears unprofessional and unclean. It doesn't feel like you are treating yourself. It feels like you are getting budget nails.

I checked in and requested Jenny to do my nails. She had someone in her chair and so she put me to soak off the nails I had in another chair. She left me there and when she finished the lady she was working on she took another lady to her chair that had gotten there way after I did. Jenny then pushed me on to two other people when I should've been her next client. I ended up soaking in acetone for almost an hour. While I was ignored. I was the only Hispanic person there. I will never go back there. I was there for 2 and a half hours. Finally a girl named Jen did my nails. She was the only nice one there.Service: Acrylic nails

As a man, I was always bashful about pedicures. Never again.I had my very first pedicure here and it was awesome. I felt absolutely pampered and my feet were so smooth and fragrant afterward. The lady that treated me, though I felt a bit of a language barrier, was very chill with me. She even recommend the White Tea and Ginger pedicure when I was being indecisive and it was a good call. My favorite part was definitely the hot coal massage near the end. They were even cool with me not wanting nail polish, which made me very comfortable. The $65 price tag wasn't bad either.I'll definitely reappear for another treatment.Service: Pedicure

Nice people but service (and what they can or can’t do) varies depending on who you talk to/is doing the service. Prices and understanding seem to vary too, say you have to do new full set ($55) bc you can’t do pink/white acrylic fill (have had it done many places including here) after saying they can, so did French polish on acrylic instead. Trying to fix my uneven nails right now. Not all filed same or white same on all either. Will have to pay to do right when I get home for holidays ?Service: Acrylic nails

I live 96 miles away from this salon. I visited one time while my daughter was in a nearby hospital and now I try to time my dip polish changes to one of our dr appointments we regularly go to because this is the only place I like. I have tried several in my hometown and have not had as good an experience as this salon and several times I was charged a lot more than here! I have now been back I guess 3 more times and they are all very nice, they remember me, even seeing different people the other employees I have had do my nails before will walk past and ask how I’m doing and remember details of our conversations. They do a great job, are professional, nice, and are less expensive than most other places that I’ve seen. I will continue to plan getting my nails done around dr appointments! Oh and I like to go next door afterwards and get a massage at the reflexology place when I can, even if it’s just a 15min chair massage- it completes the pampering!Services: Manicure
