The customer service at Scoggin Dickey is phenomenal. Everyone I've encountered has been so courteous and helpful. I recommend them to anyone who needs repairs and parts at a decent rate. Now of course with this being a dealership some rates are a lil expensive but they've proven to me that the rate is worth it. Thank you to Toby in parts and thank you to Fabian in the service dept!!!

Was trying to get my glass repaired here an had the worst experience ever at a body shop. First I’m told they need the car all to install a basic windshield. Second I’m told the car won’t be started until after lunch. Third I work from 630 until 330 an they can’t do it after 330 which is completely absurd. I was frustrated to say the least seeing as I’ve been waiting a month and a half for this piece of glass to come in so I can have my windshield replaced for them to tell me they need the vehicle for 24 hours so the glass resins an adhesives can cure. This is sad.

My driver window was broken in. Sam did an excellent job at fixing the window. His attention to detail helped spot additional damage done to my vehicle that I hadn't noticed. They were very patient with me and explained everything along the way. I received updates from Sam way before my insurance would call me.Downside: my driver door panel was never set back into place so everytime I drive it sounds like my window is cracked. Also I have trunk cover that is snapped into place by 2 pins and one is damaged so my cover won't stay in place anymore.Services: Painting

I had my car completely changed to a different color. From a black color to a custom color. Everyone at the collision center are professional, nice, and communicated with me throughout the whole process. They all did a very thorough job, were extremely detailed, and honestwith me! The paint department did an amazing job because they helped bring the color I was thinking out onto my car and it couldn't have been anymore perfect than it is now. Thank you all for your hard work and attention to details!

They are professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. My new car was rear-ended after visiting from out of town. I knew no one in Lubbock and was having difficulty getting answers through my insurance company. Sam Shelley and Alex were very helpful and alleviated my concerns. They were able to get me in the day I called and were able to give me a detailed estimate with explanations. Despite significant damage to the rear-end, their estimate was extremely reasonable, with the emphasis on making sure I was knowledgeable about the work needed. I was truly surprised to have the results, I received. My truck look so perfect, as if no wreck had happen. Sam is very professional, respectful, and pay attention to detail. The guys that worked on my truck truly seem to have a passion for thier skill, and take pride of thier job. Thier was no over spray, on my windows. "Cant stand that". I am very picky with my truck. I handwash and wax on regular basis. I was given a rental car at thier expense, not some junk, a new Subaru forester, with 350 miles. If I called 100 times a day the phone was answered very courteously. I understand insurance company drag thier feet, so I always take that in consideration, while waiting on my truck. I would like to personally thanks everyone that worked on my truck, including Sam.

After my husband and kids were in a wreck, we took our vehicle to Scoggin because we knew they would take excellent care of us. From start to finish, their customer service and communication was top notch. The quality of the repairs and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. I gave this Collision Center a 2 because we have used them several times before and they have done great work in the past. But you are only as good as your last job. So I am trying to give them the benefit of the doubt that they can do good work. But... this time we had a friend who was visiting from out of state for the holidays and he had tried not to kill some of our Texas wildlife coming to Lubbock. The Collision Center said that it just needed body work and it would take a couple of weeks. After the first week, they said that customers had to be taken care of and they just couldn't get to it. I told them that our friend needed to get back home and they knew he did not live in Lubbock. Alex said his boss, Cody, had said that customer cars needed to be fixed. That told me a great deal. I wasn't even considered a customer. This was not a major accident. It was estimated to be 3 days of body work and then paint. So much for Texas hospitality. I am so embarrassed that we recommended Scoggin-Dickey to our friend and that a business would treat someone who did not even live in Lubbock so poorly.
