I think the higher one goes at a company like Sam's, the dumber they get. I love Sam's and the prices but the customer service has gone down hill. Perfect example is the gas pumps. Did the people at the top ever do the research on how many vehicles in America have a gas cap on the left vs the right. No ! Thenn when people who have a fuel door on the right enter the " wrong way " they don't get the hint and use cones to block the way in so you have to wait 20 minutes in line or go to the other lane and drag the hose over the bed of the truck in my case.
How about using the thing on top of your shoulders and do what's best for the customer ?

The worst pharmacy! Billed my insurance for meds I did not receive. Think it is called fraud. Will follow up with corporate.

June 16th. I utilized one of the self-check out lanes in Lubbock Texas (Marsha Sharp freeway). My transaction was approved (credit card)..but the receipt did not print out and I was told I would have to do it again. I contacted my credit card company while at the store and was told the transaction did go through. I requested to speak with a manager and was provided service by Brenda Valdez. She stated that because the receipt did not print I would have to repay again ($304.30). I paid for the items again and was told it was my responsibility to dispute the 1st transaction with my credit card company. I requested a name and contact for the regional manager and I was told by Brenda that she was the highest ranking manager on this date June 16th and I was then asked to leave the store and that she would not give me the name to the regional manager. Now I have to take on the responsibility to contact my credit card company again and try to dispute the duplicate charges. Not sure how you walk into a store to purchase items spend $608 for $304 dollars worth of items.. be asked to leave the store and not one person asked you for your name and number to call you when they have confirmed the 1st transaction was paid for or was not paid for and provide the customer with evidence to provide to their credit card company to ensure they were not over charged.. I now know where not to take my business..Sam's Club..

Probably the worst customer service I have ever had / experienced in my life! Ordered pizza and the cashier told me an hour for 2 pizzas, then the girl behind her said no it’s going to be 2 hrs. Then while waiting for my pizza because I knew 2 hrs was a bit exaggerated, they started having a convo about who would want to wait 2hrs, saying just go home and cook. Talking really loud for all of us to hear. Just so sad some people treat others/ customers like this. If I could have put 0 stars I would have!

I went into Sam’s club and got exactly what I wanted/needed. This wonderful lady came up to me at the self check out to share information about their Sam’s club credit card. She was so sweet and very knowledgeable about the credit card. I didn’t sign up for one due to the fact that I feel like I am not in there enough. She did tell me all the amazing perks of the card and that it can be used outside of Sam’s club as well. I didn’t catch her name, but she’s the nicest and sweetest lady.

Love this location! I have been to many other Sam’s, and comparatively, the staff here are super helpful and have positive customer service attitudes. I especially have had great experiences at optical and the pharmacy.

This is the place my family shops most frequently for groceries, but unless you have a family of at least four that rarely eats out at restaurants, I wouldn't recommend getting them here as everyone knows the quantities are just too much. They always seem well stocked with everything I need. Plenty of fresh food and of course those coveted rotisserie chickens. Lots of home cleaning supplies, pet food, health and hygiene, an efficient pharmacy, books, basic clothes, and more snack food than anyone could possibly need. Of course there's also a hot food "restaurant" with pizza and the like (similar to a baseball field concession stand) on the other side of checkout. Actually I disagree with other reviewers on staffing. I've seen them better staffed than most places in town. If you're at checkout, prepare to wait. It's just the nature of the beast at bulk warehouse stores like this. Costco is no different.

I LOVE this place!!!! I'm sad that they no longer carry some of my favorite products in the warehouse anymore. But all in all I have no complaints. This has been my favorite place for so many years.
