Had a delivery here set for 0830. 1 truck in front of me when I checked in. 0930 got into door 2. It is currently 18:30 and I’m still here in door 2. Everyone that got here after me is gone. Unloading is done at a snails pace.

Called to ask about tires, tire department doesn't have a working phone, person at service desk that answered my call had to go get a pen and paper to write down any information I gave him. Took 5 minutes before I decided to hang up. Do better Sam's

Very happy with Kevin in the tire department! He always does a good job on my vehicle. I brought the truck in first thing Friday morning for a flat repair. He had me back on the road in about 30 minutes. Didn’t even charge me for the repair! Just want to say that I have always liked Sam’s club. I always feel welcome there. And it is nice to see the same long time employees that still work there over the years!

You scan your own items and don't get paid for it. They don't have bags for you. They don't have change to give. They don't have enough people and even their employees tell me that. A multi-billion dollar company and they don't have money to pay for extra employees. Shameful!

12:15pm 4.15.23, at the Lubbock TX branch, it seems there are less self checkouts working than ever. It was the anniversary of something, very loud music, and the estimated wait time to check out at about 30 minutes. I did not check out my cart, I pulled it to the side and just left. ridiculous !!!

People won’t follow the arrows at the fuel pumps . They are rude and act like there is nothing wrong with not following instructions . I won’t be buying fuel there again .

I bought 4 tires here. They all had warranty but when I took them in to get repaired sams club did not honor the warranty. Do not come here for service

I sure appreciate the friendly and helpful people here! My cart was dying and I received a much needed boost to the door!! Thank you also to the Salvation Army volunteer at the door, who was SO helpful from helping me get a electric shopping cart to holding crutches while I shopped. I’m so bad with names, my deepest apologies! Y’all deserve ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Merry Christmas!!!!

This rating is for Ryan in the tire center! After several issues to get an audibly leaking tire fixed, Ryan was very helpful and kind. Ryan took the extra time to answer all of my questions and look up information on my tire history. As I was leaving Sam's, I noticed that the other tires that weren't worked on this morning were at 31 and 30 psi. I got out of the car to air them a little with my portable inflator. When Ryan saw me doing this, he came out with their air inflator and aired up The remaining three tires. Ryan was not obligated to do that! Ryan went above and beyond this morning to help me. It made my day! It made up for the difficulties I experienced the day before at Sam's Club and with their call center. Thanks Ryan!

Eric in the tire center is super nice and helpful. Brought mother-in-laws vehicle in for a Sams Club tire rotation and he took care of it right away, only about a 30-minute wait. He had a smile on his face the whole time and has great customer service. Cudo's to Sam's Club tires.

They need to make customers follow the rules for traffic flow at the gas pumps. One way to do it is increase the price a $1 a gallon when they go the wrong way. Problem solved.

It's really funny how Sam's Club is picking and choosing what they say they have in stock and what they actually have in stock . Walmart is doing the same . This retail club store can't keep up and they pick and chooses what they want the public to order . Not available for shipping but when I get to Sam's in Lubbock look what they had . BS !
